He is fine at sabotaging this team, Yes. I wanted to believe in him and believed in him after his "late season rise" last year but he quickly went back down to baseline. Bryce isn't inconsistent. He's consistently bad. We've seen enough to objectively make that decision. He's been given all the tools and resources in the world but he doesn't have the ability to use those tools. Canales and Morgan need to axe the guy before the reaper comes for their jobs.

eh, its obvious that "good" games from Bryce are the anomaly and outlier.

Reich and Thomas Moore both didn't trust Young based on the play calling. I think Canales said it himself about having to trust Young more last year. The common denominator is that Young does nothing to give anyone confidence. They scheme up and call simple plays for him but he continues to stink up even those basic plays.

I don't know if it's scheme or personnel but there was no pass rush whatsoever until he started blitzing DBs the other night. That's been the status quo with his scheme. I feel we should let him go and return to using a 4-3 defense.
