    If this hire does not work Tepper could be forming opinions of future hires, some of these same coaching prospects will be interviewing in two years. I also would not underestimate the influence of Mrs. Tepper. . There are at least 10 women who either own or are co-owners of NFL teams.

    I agree, however the OL was a positive for us this year and I hate to see us regress. We really need Fitterer to step up this year with the low draft picks.

    I I agree we need more depth. Moton has not missed a game in forever. If these injuries had happened earlier we would have been hurting for sure.

    With injuries to Brady Christensen and Austin Corbett is the offensive line a concern for next season? Will they be ready? Hopefully we resign Bozeman.

    Remember there were defensive coaches fired and not replaced late in the season, could be something to consider. Also injuries.

    I don’t know if it would have made a difference on defense, but if I remember correctly he let a couple of coaches go on the defensive side and did not replace them.

    If you are going to try to sign a vet with the same ability as Shaq then just restructure to get his contract in line. Players who stay with the team that drafted them usually have ties to the community. It may not seem like much, I know it is a business. However, if I knew a team was being fair with me and I would not have to move my family It would be important to me.

    If you put J’Mar Chases and Tee Higgins on the Panthers even Sam would look better. Chase looks like a man among boys.

    Whoever the coach and GM are going forward are going to have to figure out what positions and players we can afford. We are not paying big money to a quarterback, they will have to get the front office involved. We must figure out how to Bozeman, especially now with injury concerns on the OL.
