  1. Diontae is about to have like 200 catches this season for like 800 yards
  2. And still can't believe we took this dude over CJ Stroud.... I think my scrawny ass pre-teen self was bulkier than him when I was in 7th grade
  3. When does fast come back? I honestly think losing him was a backbreaker for us last year. Not having our m-s-f line together really hurt our counter to other teams top lines
  4. What assets do we have that SF would want from us outside of draft picks? And if we are giving away draft picks being a bottom 5 team, then we are truly that retarded and deserve to be a poverty franchise
  5. I'll take whatever is not Vilma... God he is an annoying prick
  6. I think the difference is the other teams in the East in 2019 were nowhere near as deep and talented as they are now. Tampa, NYR, Boston, FL, Tampa, & Toronto are all very good and teams like NJ (and to a lesser extent NYI, Wash, and Pitt) are pretty good. Luckily we aren't in the Atlantic and "should" make the playoffs, but we aren't a legit threat to win the Stanley Cup next year IMO
  7. Definitely going to be a lot worse next year, but we all knew this would happen. Should be a fringe playoff team and 2025-26 will be a big improvement for us
  8. I hate when people say crap like that dude. Thank you for shaming him and I hope everyone else does also
  9. Anyway we can somehow make the plot of 50 first dates into a Panthers themed movie? Plot: each season, my memory loss/amnesia kicks in and I forget how awful the Panthers are. After watching them suck and swearing to never watch them again, I forget and repeat it all over again each season. Happy ending is when they finally win a Superbowl as the world is coming to an end. Movie title: (Never) Remember the Panthers
  10. In all honesty, burns was just going through the motions most of the season. I don't think we will have that much drop off in the pass rush, especially if Evero can scheme clever blitzes. Honestly, luvu is a bigger loss to our pass rush IMO
  11. Seeing as how the Bears pretty much got the same thing for a better, more complete Montez Sweat (that also cost them less money to sign to a deal), I can live with getting a 2nd. Obviously it's no 2 1sts, but that scenario was never happening again for Burns
  12. Or drop less than 50% of the passes that hit him right in the hands...
  13. If he is able to get a 2 reception/game average out of Ian Thomas, give him the keys to the city
  14. Well, if there is a dman we have to bail out orlovs turnovers, it's Chat
  15. He is such an underrated defensive defenseman for us. I honestly think he is second behind slavin. I think that is a great deal that we got for him.
  16. Lol, good one. Rod will never let Necas Play center
  17. All I can say is... I have some happiness off the rags choking and losing to the Panthers. Hopefully the Western conference team wins the Stanley cup, but now I can be 100% uninvested in the playoffs
  18. If there is one reprieve I will give icky, the dude has a turnstile rotation of guards next to him the entire year that forced him to have to worry about inside and outside rushers
  19. I could see us beating the Chargers. East coast trip for them (I feel like they usually play terrible on the east coast trips) and their skill weapons on offense is probably more void of talent than ours is.
  20. I can honestly never recall a goalie that fell down as many times as Freddie did in the playoffs... Like it was watching a 5-year-old as they first learn how to ice skate
  21. 1. No 2. Ideally both, but if not Jarvis has to be top priority 3. Make Pyotr The starter next year. Sign a cheap veteran backup. 4. Marty - absolutely. I feel like staal retires and I think we can let go of Burns 5. Agreed - let's see what his price is 6. I'd prioritize Brady over pesce (personally) 7. Not soon enough... 8. I wouldn't say his system is trash, but his refusal to make adjustments makes his system vulnerable to certain teams I'm curious how the players would feel if Rod is let go. I would still take a chance with a new coach though - I think we have hit our peak with him
