  1. Dave gave generic coach speak and more tests needed but yeah doesn’t seem great. Fingers crossed.
  2. Yeah we need a QB one way or another, no reason not to bring in a veteran smart type to be second to your young QB1. I’d love Flacco
  3. Dude got sacked record amount of times last year. Not going backwards on the small frame thing. Any QB regardless of size is one hit away from missing games, that isn’t specific to Bryce. You get a backup and roll with it. Bryce is the starter, that’s not changing. XL needs offseason work. He can be a very nice #2 to TMac
  4. We don’t need another QB, Bryce is the guy going to have to accept it. Let’s see what Brooks has first, but yes maybe another late round RB. Think we only need one more WR. TMac, XL, Coker, Adam is a good room. TE is prob set next year with Sanders and Tremble. OL is fine, we will draft another interior guy to compete and be depth. DL should look nice with Brown coming back, Wonnoum, our 2nd round pick, and a FA add. LB another FA or 2 add. Not worried about K. that’s my optimistic take for next year.
  5. Thats fair, but we all know the defense has no talent this year with injuries so wouldn’t really change your opinion of Bryce, XL, etc.
  6. Since last year all the Bryce supporters had to post in that pinned thread, can we do the opposite now that he’s good and let the Bryce haters post in a pinned thread designed for them to argue for weeks if he’s 197 or 198 pounds?
  7. We’re so close. We don’t know how to win yet, it will come. Add pieces this off season and we’re in business.
  8. NFL average for PPG is 21, so 16 going into the 4th sounds about right for a team with no receiving weapons playing a top 3 defense.
  9. Who has a worse WR room? Pats maybe?
  10. The perspective of people who are not overly invested in this team and giving their opinions at face value
  11. For some outside perspective, some BY comments on this post https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/s/KJp2VOMiHi
  12. Holy poo. Thats… a problem. To say the least.
  13. 2022 Lions were the exact same. They didn’t know how to win and were in the middle of building that culture with a young roster. Have some faith, future is bright.
  14. You wanna post the other 4 or do those not count?
  15. We were one dropped pass away from us all saying we have a true QB1, WR1, HC, and future is extremely bright for us looking forward after beating a top 3 team on the road. Just important context to keep no matter how you feel on Bryce, XL, Canales, whoever. I disagree with a lot of yall and a lot of yall disagree with me, but the future is bright and we are gonna make some noise next season
  16. I think I would if they’d take our 2026 instead of 2025th. Or if they’d send a second and third back for DK and this years first (unless we end up top 5)
  17. Hard to run that offense the entire game with our lack of WR weapons and you don’t want to move away from the ground and pound which is our strength, but I do agree it wouldn’t be the worst idea to incorporate a bit more hurry up and see how Bryce does just letting it loose
  18. You’re trying way too hard bro
  19. It’s concerning. Today I am going to write off and just say it was mental cause he got popped in the first quarter. Let’s hope he shows that early season improvement we saw earlier to close out the season. Spend all off season with the jugs and go get TMac to complement XL
  20. I don’t know how drops are officially categorized but I counted 5 today. 4 if you want to say that first drive should not have counted cause he got hit hard, even tho it hit him in both hands. that just isn’t sustainable to move forward with as your #1
  21. Some people just dont have the capacity to admit when they’re wrong and would rather drag it out as long as possible.
  22. Calling Bryce the weak link and saying it’s whining to discuss XLs drop is quite the take when those 2 players were directly involved in the game winning play that was not made. Hint, it wasn’t Bryce that fugged it up. to answer your question about struggling to break 20 points, ever considered it’s because our #1 WR is a rookie who can’t catch?
  23. He’s horrendous right now. Lost us the game. Hopefully he cares enough to put in the work in the offseason and change that, but I’m so sick of us drafting WR who can’t catch, can’t run a route, etc. Ladd was sitting right there for us.
