  1. same here except I don’t switch seats I drink beer
  2. Ehhhh 1.2 million at 25. Maybe a littler more. I wouldn’t say that unless he invests extremely well. But he could sock it all away and earn on it without touching it, have a normal job with average salary and live normally, then retire very comfortably at 50-55…which is not bad at all. Could be that’s what you meant.
  3. Scientists, Doctors, Poets, Writers, Inventors, Pilots, War heroes/leaders…and (albeit rarley politics wise) Presidents like Lincoln are all introverted/dominantly introverted professions/introverted styled leaders. Sadly our society looks down on it, but it’s is a fundamental and profoundly essential trait needed for humans to even exist and even excel. I blame the negative stigma to a lack of education and people’s insecurity. It’s rare a well educated person does not recognize/understand the above, at least in my experience. It’s funny how this culture values extroverts and the loudest people in the room to the degree of self sacrifice and over looking the alternative. Countless examples.
  4. I agree. When you can get pressure with the dlineman and not have to blitz so much, that’s why I’d consider a dominant dline. But the question was pass defense not dominant line. And I think it will be, so long as a decent QB can’t pick apart the blitzes. Since we have played rookie Mills, confused Winston and rookie Wilson’s debut…that’s really yet to be seen.
  5. It doesn’t make sense because you are arguing a point - not judging something with no experience, that hasn’t been brought up. We are all clearly doing that. What was brought up was criteria. There are elements of a food dish that make it not taste good outside of subjectivity. Just saying it doesn’t taste good is dumb. By doing so you’re not offering anything, maybe because you don’t know how, but that’s laziness and is just bitching. Therefore validating my post. Offer substance. Anything. If you don’t know how, learn to understand how. Articulate the fact. Bitching is easy. Seems like after a 6 pack watching just the Panther game and seeing the oline by ‘tEh eYeBalL tEsT1!’ theory which lacks more than substance than PFF, not only because you don’t watch every single lineman or know the assignments either, but have zero metrics, flawed or not for comparison sakes, you just have ‘feelings’, and have no comparison because you’re probably not watching every other team either. Focus on comprehension a bit more.
  6. That literally makes zero sense. Literally all I did asked how people judge their oline and I see no one is coming up with anything other than attacking the post and more PFF…lol. Figures. You guys basically validated my post and are actually too stupid to realize it good lord.
  7. I know nowa days it’s edgy and easy to bitch and point out flaws, but can everyone complaining about PFF please provide your metrics and why it’s valid and then inform us of how the Panthers oline stacks up? I know it’s a lot to ask for substance, but I think it’s important. Also we need metrics with 0 flaws or subjectivity please. Serious request.
  8. CMC is only only out for two weeks? Is this a Huddle MD diagnosis or did I miss the official report somewhere?
  9. i always that we should change our name to A NFL Team, course then we’d have to change the logo midfield back
  10. That’s a poo ton of gymnastics to convince yourself imo no coach can make someone want to play the game it was a risk and it will suck if it doesn’t work out, nothing wrong with saying that
  11. I’m not going to believe that absolutely nothing could have been done in 2 years to help our currently 31st ranked oline.
  12. there were only 2 people named i don’t care about politics, this is a football forum edgy one liners skirting lines of being banned or ‘look at me’ posts isn’t what I’d call great content, fiz is better now days imo in summary if you’re going to pick a few posters who have insightful content about football/Panthers, those aren’t it, just my opinion
  13. Has he really emerged tho? 3 games? 1 catch?
  14. I think peeps should pump the brakes. This was an upside trade, I get it. Jackson on 1s is suicide. But it’s very risky from a lot of angles. I don’t see this home run everyone is giddy about.
  15. interesting as those are basically the worst posters here…now that the others were banned fiz got better when his acting career failed and he grew hair on his nutz welcome
  16. Yea they beat GB and NE…that’s the point. The team we played was not that team. With the issues they had, no. They literally had so many coaches out some scrub was calling subs and doing 10 other things he had no clue how to do. Of course, are the Panthers legitimate without CMC and Horn? Meh, debatable. But one could look at last year when CMC was down (and everyone said we will be fine) and no Horn and a much better oline (shockingly). Seems we have a better qb though, but it was sad. I am not as optimistic as some without cmc with this oline. I think shits about to get bad and this place will implode. In a COVID year everything is patchwork like last year so what’s considered legitimate or not will be very fluid and different from any other year, but in general, no, I don’t consider the Saints team the Panthers played legitimate. That team would be 0-3.

    My god

Unfortunately this is common place for the Panthers. You will never see these plays in this kind of consistency on playoff caliber teams.
  18. Going to be good…or bad…it will be the Panthers first match up against a legitimate team.
  19. Both those teams had a top 5 oline. We are…what…31? It just doesn’t work like that. Weapons don’t matter cmc or no cmc. The defense is legit, but the oline will be exposed vs. competitive teams. I only hope Darnold stays healthy for next year and they attempt to fix it. If Rhule goes deep in the playoffs with the worst oline in the NFL and zero special teams, without a HOF qb, he will be smashing NFL records that have held for decades and should truly be considered the future and one hell of a coach.
  20. the previous owner was a much bigger problem for this franchise
  21. I’ve lived in Dallas and Charlotte for multiple years each…this list is much more reflective of the Carolinas.…except the wranglers.
