Yeah they "built it from the ground up" just like when someone builds a house from one of those pre built house catalogs. It was always gonna be that house it doesn't matter how you got there.

Duce Stanley probably still has Ben Johnson's number from where they were together in Detroit the last couple of years. Maybe Tepper had Deuce send a friendly text to ask if he's interested? It's a long shot but that's the dream. We are his hometown and childhood's favorite team, and he already has familiarity with Duce and Todd Wash who are already on staff and if Evero doesn't get a HC gig then he already has a top DC here and ready to go.

That's another reason why Reich needs to be gone. Bryce was the best QB in the draft and we've not designed an offense around him at all. We are just running Reich's 20 year old playbook.

We went from a serviceable offense under wilks to the worst offense in the league under Reich. Frank's seat has to be scorching hot right now.

We showed last year that this Oline can be a top unit in the league being a power running team. Then we hired an "offensive guru" who decided that he should completely change the whole philosophy. I wouldn't be as upset if Reich was taking over a complete poo show and he was just trying to do things his way to see if it sticks but Wilks had us running a pretty respectable operation late in the year last year and instead of choosing to build upon that and embrace what we showed we were good at he changed everything. The worst part is that even though through 10 weeks of the season it's shown to not be working he's not went back to the power running plays we know this team excels at.

I thought Joe Brady was actually pretty decent as OC here. It's not his fault that Rhule brought in literally the worse QB possible to run his scheme in Sam Darnold.

I hope this means Zavala gets another shot at LG. It couldn't be any worse than what Calvin Throckmorton was doing.
