  1. I don't think we should trade him fwiw then we also have to address LT against tons of other needs
  2. Justin Fields makes the most sense. Steelers look like they won't re-sign him and he would be the immediate starter for us. We could lean into a heavy running game with him and focus all resources on defense in the draft. The other benefit is if he doesn't work out who cares 2026 QB draft might be nice
  3. Yea if you're going to bet a spread just take the Broncos at like -20.5. Chances they win by three TDs is pretty good.
  4. i've tried but I literally just can't not watch the games. it is literally an addiction. I wish I could just stop caring. This reads sarcastic as fug but it's not
  5. I see this all over the internet right now and I want to clarify something both Bryce, Dalton and our offense being bad are not mutually exclusive. It's much more likely that all three are bad
  6. I'm happy for Sam At first I hated the trade, then I talked myself into it, then I hated it again But when I matured is when I realized it wasn't Sam's fault. He had Matt Rhule coaching him and then when Wilks took over he looked not bad. I don't think he'd be the player today without Shannhan and now KOC grooming him though. He needed an actual talented offensive mind.
  7. I just want to point out that Vegas GIVING the Broncos (a below average offense) 8 points against any NFL team is actually insane. 8-10 point spreads are pretty rare in the NFL unless it's like the Ravens vs. Panthers. The broncos getting that level of respect just shows how much Vegas thinks we stink
  8. If the white selections are the ones you've selected you've actually picture the Panthers to win or lose the game by less than 8 points or win. Yes the Broncos can WIN the game and as long as it is 7 point lead or less you would win the bet You have bet the under so the total number of points scored would have to be 43 or less. Sometimes I look at team totals to help me with what they are predicting each team to score prior to betting over/unders. For example if they were predicting the Broncos to score 23.5 and the Panthers to score 20 (they aren't it's just an example) I would be the under bc no fuging way do we score 20 points.
  9. Ok so when a team has a plus sign (panthers +7.5) that means Vegas is giving you 7.5 points so the Panthers can win or even LOSE by 7 points and you would still win your bet, when a team has a minus sign (broncos -7.5) that means you need more that amount to win the bet. The second column is the over / under for total points in the game. That's self explanatory The final column is the money line so just who you think wins the game. Now the odds. It's oddly reported but essentially that is the odds of your bet. Lower numbers equals less return on your money. It's easiest to think of it has 100 dollars. With -110 odds that nets you essentially 90 dollars (91 to be exact) plus your original money back. So if the Broncos win by 8 and you put 100 dollars in you would net 91 dollars but have 191 in your account. For positive odds like the Panthers money line you can essentially take the first two numbers and multiply it by your betting amount. So 100% on the Panthers money line would net you 2.8 X 100 280 dollars with the original bet back so 380 would be in your account. Obviously there with really, really low odds like -1000 you are not going to profit that much money unless you bet a HUGE chunk of money. I'm not advising you to gamble but play around with it in the app and it will tell you how much you are going to make if you hit your bet Also if you are starting to gamble DO NOT bet large amounts. Start with like 1 and 5 dollars. Good gamblers are principled and only bet units of money. For some a unit is 1 dollar for some it's 1000 dollars. Depending on your disposable income but eventually Vegas wins and the sport is too random to bet 100% correct. Excellent gamblers have like a 60% success rate or even less. Gambling help? Call 1-800...
  10. See I kind of see it as the opposite. They will talk Brady into that they can make him a mentor for Shedeur
  11. I agree with this, Frank just looked defeated by week like 6. His heart wasn't in it anymore, it never really was for Bryce. When things went south I think he just kept thinking: I didn't even really want this but I'll stick to the company line because I'm a professional. I *really* hope Reich comes out one day and says what happens but he strikes me as someone who has a lot of pride and doesn't want to throw Fitterer under the bus too.
  12. agreed but their defense (also decimated by injuries) is better than our defense. I think they sneak one or two more out again some bad division opponents
  13. Bryce would actually be well suited for Miami's offense. I have no idea if he would be good but that's the only place I could see him succeeding outside of McVay bc he's a genius
  14. hopefully Oakland gets desperate
  15. Maye has looked good they will win another game maybe two. I can't see us winning any more games.
  16. we don't really have anything of value to trade. Jaycee is our best current player and he's on the last year of a rookie deal. Dionte clearly has his foot out the door and if Davante adams is only going for a third you aren't getting more than a late round pick for him on an expiring. Thielen is old and coming off injury. Chuba is in a contract year. Idk why anyone would trade for Ickey. Who else is there? You going to trade XL? The only reasonable trade chips we have our Clowney, Thielen and +/- Dionte and Bryce. I think if we traded all four we wouldn't get higher than a fourth for any of them. I'm not saying it's not a good idea to acquire assets because lord knows we need them but I think the time to do is on draft day trading down with a team desperate for a QB. My hope is the raiders fall in love with sheduer and we do to them what chicago did to us
  17. Here's another theory I have. I don't think Tepper liked Stroud. I think he rubbed him the wrong way probably bc CJ is a confident guy who didn't have the aww jeez shucks attitude. I honestly think if we hadn't taken Bryce Tepper would had them take Richardson. the only proof I have of this is that Sheena reported we told richardson's people to look at housing in Charlotte. Why tell your third prospect that?
  18. my working theory which fits with the timeline is (I have posted this before): When Reich took the job the plan was to trade up to 2 for Stroud. This was known in NFL circles that Carolina wanted him. See Allbright even BEFORE the trade up saying we liked stroud. Reich is hired everyone on board. Houston for whatever reason balks at Chicago's trade offers and suddenly Tepper thinks he's a big boy and why not just trade up to 1. Vegas still has the Panthers as heavy favorites to draft Stroud because again, that was the original plan. The panthers start thinking to themselves.....well now that we can draft Bryce should we? Tepper falls in love because Bryce says all the right things at dinner (he's a good kid with a good work ethic). Tepper steps in and says we have to draft Bryce. Fitterer will do anything Tepper wants because he wants to keep being GM, Reich reluctantly agrees because it's not that crazy to think he could work with Bryce. Tepper gets his way thinking he has outsmarted everyone. Flash forward to now. Also for the record I have wanted Stroud since the Rose Bowl game against Utah the year before his draft
  19. David Tepper is the only consistent since he's been here. He has forced every decision maker to make rash trade after rash trade for a 'quick fix'. He's systematically dismantled this team and our culture here. He's a narcissistic idiot and we will never be good under him bc he's entirely too involved fug this team
  20. Rams pick still looks like it's going to be a top ten selection though. Best trade probably of this decade by Carolina
  21. Wouldn't touch either of these guys in the first three rounds personally. This feels very much like the Kenny Pickett draft to me. We hype up these guys all year then come draft time the media acts shocked when teams don't want to overdraft them
  22. How's life Zod? You aren't around much anymore. Thought you were just leaving to buy a pack of smokes
