When I started lifting I didn't take it seriously. I only cared about arms and bench and didn't even try at other lifts. I quit for a long time (approx 1.5 years). I started lifting seriously this past January. When I started I couldn't squat 135 correctly, and could barely deadlift over 150 pounds. Today I went for a max of 315 on deadlift. I've tried it twice before and failed both times. Both days I was really bummed out. I won't lie I was really nervous. I had a good warmup and was able to pull it....five fuging times. I am on cloud 9000000000000 right now. Sorry I had to tell someone.

I understand Jonathan Jones' point of not putting much stock into preseason, but I feel like this game is different. We're playing the reigning Superbowl champs. The team that took away our Superbowl. The team that embarrassed us last year. It's the third preseason game, and it's time for the Panthers to prove to the nation that we aren't a joke or a fluke and deserved to be in the playoffs last year.

might have been a bit of an exaggeration- he's dependable when healthy that's for sure and is a beast at the goaline which I left out

I'd' move Byrd to practice squad and keep Cotch; and keep Tolbert over Todman People underestimate the necessity for a solid vet like Cotch Tolbert is still extremely effective at catching the ball out of the backfield and will be an absolute necessity safety line for Cam this season that doesn't quite jive with your youth movement
