I just want this crap to be over. Whether he comes to us or some other team I wants this Watson trade to happen to we can stop talking about it. Unless he is on our team the I guess the complaining won’t stop. I hope we don’t end up in a situation where Watson is carrying Rhules butt. We still need a new coach.

Panthers gonna be bad in 2022. Watson won’t change that. We will be a bad team with a franchise QB. Unable to do anything to improve the team because we got rid of all our picks and good players.

I just want a QB that is ours. Not someone’s damaged goods. That said, I agree, I think at least one of these QBs will surprise people with how good he is and it won’t be the one the Panthers draft.

When he was hired all so thought was “Who?” I found out we hired him from my brother who went to Baylor.

As of right now there are no good routes. Feels like we are equally screwed no matter what we do. The most positive would be to get an OL at 6. Get a vet to compete with Darnold. Trade away the farm to build for the future and brace for a very bad 2022 season. Unfortunately Rhule doesn’t have the luxury to do any of that. So we will probably do a lot of dumbass win now decisions. I like Malik Willis and if Rhule wasn’t here I would love him as a project. I don’t trust Rhule.

I like how teams see another team drag a QB to the super bowl and think he is the reason they went to said super bowl. Jimm G is another freaking Bridgewater.

Would love Willis at 6.

Hard to be excited at all when Darnold may be starting behind that line. If we don’t address the QB position.

Tried watching the first game. Just couldn’t do it. Never understand why that sport is so popular. So boring. Give me Hockey any day.

Teams that are tanking do this. Either Rhule is being given a restart and no matter if we go 1-16 he will be back for a 4th year, ugh, or he IS a lame duck and the team is trying to build picks to get ready for a new coach in 2023.

Jimmy G is a player who is constantly being given credit for stuff he didn’t do. He didn’t lead the 49ers to the Super Bowl their defense did. He lost them the Super Bowl. He threw 75 yards in the NFC championship game and his deficiencies were known due to the heavy amount of running. 49ers even back then knew they couldn’t put the team on his back and hope to win. Some stupid team will overpay. I hope to god it isn’t us.

Darnold isn’t gonna do nothing with a better O-Line and his receivers and RB were fine last year. Panthers on paper we’re good enough to win 7 or 8 games. A lot of our loses were Darnold fault.

Whatever you say Teddy-stan. Bridgewater sucks. He is a backup.

Broncos had a great defense and Teddy still failed. He is not a player "you can build a team around". He is a backup not a starter, but people in the NFL keep making him a starter. You can't win with a QB like him in todays NFL unless you have a historically great defense. Like the 2015 Broncos.

I remember thinking when this scene came up that it looked really staged and fake. Pretty much put coaches in a room and have them hype up Darnold. Now they look like a bunch of idiots.

What QB that looks good against scrubs and makes people think he is good will become Rhule's next QB?

Hurricanes are the only Carolina pro team worth a damn. Hornets suck again, if they ever stopped and just gave fans false hope. Carolina Panthers are at least consistently sucky these last few years and have given little to no hope whatsoever. Find it so funny that our hockey team is the most consistent out of every pro team we have. In a state that is known for basketball. Hurricanes have become so consistent I don't even wonder if they are gonna make the playoffs every season. I would love that for the Hornets and Panthers, but I feel we are a long way with the Panthers, and Hornets, I don't know, maybe they will start winning in spite of the circumstances and have a special year where they surprise people with a deep playoff run. (Sigh)

Possessions change just as frequently in soccer as it does in hockey. I don’t understand why that is a negative. The constant change of possession is what makes hockey so much fun to watch. But to each his own. I actually am liking hockey more these days. I used to be a hardcore UNC basketball fan but I have fallen off these last 2 seasons and I really couldn’t be bothered to watch this season. Hornets are who they always will be a meh to bad team but fans of them will continue to be hopeful for more. I respect that.
