The truth is though most of the people writing these articles have any idea ehat Tepper is thinking or if hes learned or not. It has just became a topic that gets clicks right now. Also most of the people writing these articles that are talking about the clear mistake the "all star" coaching staff were praising it when it was formed and helper coin the name.

Yep, and we have probably the least talented overall roster in the NFL. During games sometimes the announcers talk the team up that we are even playing close at the time, like we are a college team playing against an NFL team. That is absolutely unacceptable and that's on the GM.

Im not sure hes a snake, probably more of a rat trying to save himself from a sinking ship. Either way hes terrible at his job and should have already been fired, and if hes not fired this offseason, i think that is the absolute worst case single decision this franchise could currently make.

Bryce will 100% be the starter next season. At least in week 1. Next season will be his make or break.

Yea we arent rock bottom until after the draft when the bears make the pick and then Burns refuses to play under the franchise tag and we have no leverage and trade him for a 4th rounder, and we let Luvu walk in an effort to overpay Burns.

Ive made this argument since before the trade deadline since everyone here was arguing it made no sense to trade him then instead of just franchising him and getting two firsts (which definitely isnt going to happen, that 2 firsts trade value sailed a long time ago)

I wouldnt be as confident as you. He has regressed this season. Most of that through no fault of his own but if he doesnt show improvement next season and we are in the running for the first pick then hes gone i would bet.

I don't think there is a person in the building that doesnt have a hand in where we are at now nor is there a person I don't think is fairly easily replaceable and would probably be an improvement.

Literally every part of our franchise plays a part in why we suck. From the owner for not having a football consultant to make football moves, to out gm and scouts for bad drafts and trades and having the least talented overall roster in the NFL, to the coaches (besides Evero, I think hes been good, especially considering injuries) for using really dated schemes that dont fit our players at all and calling everything over conservatively, to our players who for the most part aren't executing or have clear flaws in their game. Including Bryce, who has been thrown in an impossible situation with no talent around him but some of the blame is also on him. There is no quick fix.
