    I feel like he's different than most players we draft because he's only 21. Most raw "potential" dudes we draft are like 24.

    We definitely still leak stuff like crazy. I thought we had gotten better but it was clear we hadn't the day before free agency when all the media was sayint all the moves we were going to make the next morning.

    Yep, that's exactly what I've always thought. Legette is that type of player as well. A big guy that you throw deep 50/50 balls to when the modern NFL has deep shell coverage.

    Just like all his other move and draft picks, he values positions like it's 1999.

    I'm not a TMac fan but I just don't see Golden being worth 8. He makes some crazy catches but his tape is nowhere near his 40 time. If we take receiver at 8 I would rather it be a tight end. If we trade back then sure.

    Hendrickson is a 43 defensive end. I don't think he could really play edge, so unless we are changing schemes I don't see it happening.

    Jevon Holland was just signed by the giants for a good bit less.

    Same as before. BPA. Free agents are to fill needs and draft is to add talent. Who we signed so far shouldn't affect draft at all. That's basically a textbook way to have a bad draft.

    Vic Fangio is known for dropping more in to coverage. He basically forced the dink and dunk offense of the modern nfl, by focusing on more in shell coverage to stop deep shots.

    Because Dan Morgan wants to build a team like he played on in 2000 and thinks it will still work..

    I feel most of the people here that think DK is a great true #1 receivers have only watched highlights or remember him from the combine.

    He did double catch the really easy catch to be fair.

    Ertz had 66 catches for 654 yards and 7tds last season. That's almost more than Tremble has had in his 4 seasons combined.

    But then when Dan gets fired for being bad at his job, they will be the first ones piling on.

    He definitely shouldn't be dragged down with the Dan stench.

    Definitely agree on the DK standpoint. Seahawks fans don't even love him. He makes flash plays but he's not a top 10 wr or anything. The main thing I've noticed is our front office always prioritizes what receivers can do after they get the ball in their hands. I would MUCH rather prioritize what the receiver does before they get the ball in their hands.

    We chase speed without quickness. They draft like fans who fall in love with the 40. Noone we ever draft does shuttle or cone.

    This, minus the Tepper part. You fill needs in free agency, then you add talent in the draft. Reaching for positions is almost always going to go badly.

    They are apparently asking for a first and third for a player a lot of seahawks fans don't even love. I feel like he's hyped up more by people who haven't seen him play as much and see his measurable and highlights.

    To be fair Chubba did run a 4.36 at his pro day.

    He smoked the cone and shuttles. An edge isn't going to run 40 yards in a straight line very often unless something awful has happened anyway.

    Yea i honestly think that if Carter and Graham are gone as expected (even though I've started seeing some mocks lately with Graham falling a little) and we get a good offer to trade back a few spots then I think we should. Not because I don't like some prospects there but because I feel like there are several with similar value.

    I had a bunch of people arguing with me the other day that he can play a traditional inside or edge,but it's just not the case. He is a piece that has to go in a creative system to be able to get the most out of him. I don't think that's us at all, and I compared him to how we could never figure out how to use Chinn. Different type of player but same situation.
