  1. Honestly, the only game that concerns me is the Patriots game. It was Bill Belichek that led Sam to "see ghosts". If Sam gets a win against the Pats (and plays well in that win), he would've exorcised his own personal demons. The other games look winnable, though Minny seems to be the toughest out of that group(still winnable, though).
  2. The host spent about 20 seconds talking about Sam Darnold and just 60 seconds talking about the Panthers (and still they veered back to the Cowboys whom they talked about for over 2 minutes) The other guys just didn't seem like they were interested in chiming in about the Panthers or more in particular, Sam Darnold. They seemed like they wanted to talk about the Cowturds more. sigh.....
  3. Plantar Fasciitis? When it rains, it friggin pours.
  4. I think this is may be EXACTLY how they're grading this. I believe we should stop posting anything from PFF here going forward.
  5. Is Jackson going to be our FS now?
  6. If Sam doesn't work out, probably us. But that's a pipe dream. I also echo @Daddy_Uncle's statement that it's going to be the Falcons, Saints, or Patsies.
  7. Damn. A post by you? That's rare to see but anyway.... I agree that it was his unfortunate experience in NY that played a factor. ESPECIALLY on the first INT. That was just a bad decision on his part. Some here say he had his arm pulled..I looked closely as much as I could but couldn't see anyone grab his arm or anything. I think he may have misread the route that one of his targets was going to go (Zigged when he should've Zagged, if you will) or something like that. He needs to get on the same damn page with ALL the receivers, not just DJ!!
  8. Agreed. 1st INT was 2020 NY Jets Sam Darnold unfortunately. He's got to get those out of his system but it's only been 4 games into the season so we'll see...
  9. Dude, you're a Mod. You have the power to do something about trolls like him and long-time trolls like BurnNChin.
  10. Of course NY wasn't paying attention. They were busy throwing a party because both their NY football teams won a game. Yippee.
  11. He has established that he never wanted Sam around here in the first place so no matter how well he plays, he prefers getting some unknown rookie who could bust but won't care because it's not Sam Darnold. He's a loser with a Jets-fan mentality (and I know all too well about the Jets-fan mentality).
  12. And he wonders why I am "talking" about putting people on ignore. Hey @NorthTryon, I don't "talk", I do. Like just now : You've chosen to ignore content by NorthTryon.
  13. You know what? Right back at you, buddy. *click* Ignored You've chosen to ignore content by BurnNChinn.
  14. Nope. It WOULD slow down his elusiveness and ability to score Rushing TDs.
  15. This right here is why I get on your case. A good plug until we find someone better? Like...f'n really?? Name me a QB out there in the near future that the Panthers will go sign. The thing about Sam Darnold is that this guy is essentially a "rookie"(since he's finally getting actual coaching this year) and is excelling eons from where he was. He is so much more than "a good plug". Teddy Asswater was a "good plug".
  16. By extension, it's more likely going to be for longer TERM than for bigger money.
  17. On the one hand, you are correct. But as PghPanther just pointed out, the O-Line's deficiencies must be included in the assessment of Sam's performance. Thus far, considering that, Sam's a friggin' MIRACLE WORKER to be able to be effective with that gongshow in front of him.
  18. I'm not belittling. I'm just tired of seeing so many fans just refuse to get behind our QB due to Personal preference instead of Performance. Maybe you're not one of those who do the former but it's no less frustrating to read. And what I said about Rhule wasn't incorrect, btw.
  19. You want a fug'n medal or something?
  20. Well those stopgaps are going to get Sam killed. I think he'd be better off wearing a complete suit of armor whenever he takes the field at this rate.
  21. Might as well put this up even though many here probably saw this already : Is that an anchor on his Cap? Anyway, he owned up to his mistakes from what I see. Still did not throw anyone under the bus ala Teddy.
  22. The inability to stop the run was brutal in this game. But I disagree about "putting too much stock in the last quarter of play". Whatever the Cowboys D-Coach was thinking by going Prevent (and taking Diggs out of the game), it almost came back to bite them in the ass and balls. With how bad the "D" was, Sam's two scores on back-to-back possessions with still over 4 minutes to go, gave the much-maligned "D" a chance to make one final Massive play (whether it's an INT, Forced Fumble, or just an ordinary 3-and-out) to get Sam the ball back and really give those Cowturd fans something to gnash their teeth over. All it would've took....is just that and we'd be having a far different conversation right now.
  23. The FULL SEASON is what it would take. We need to see if it is worth going forward with him at the helm or start the QB Search once again... Personally, I hope he's worth it 'cause really.....aren't any of you at the Huddle tired of CONSTANTLY looking for a QB?
