  1. as bad as bryce has been, all of this is on the coaching staff. wilks and company took whatever was given them and made it competitve and watchable.
  2. i'm sick and tired of hearing how smart young is. if he's so smart, give him a clip board and have him learn. he can't play. period.
  3. ouch. about 5 years ago, i had surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff, bicep tendon, and labrum in my left arm. it helped alleviate some of the pain and discomfort, but my shoulder is no where near back to what it used to be...and that's after nearly two years of physical therapy. at this point, my left arm is more a decorative piece than it is a useful body part.
  4. beating the seahawks will always be the first thing that pops in my mind when i think about that season.
  5. i'm just happy to see him looking comfortable in the pocket.
  6. you seriously don't know who steve wilkes is? you know...the berklee college of music professor. i understand people don't want to take another chance on a head coach candidate with a college background, but dude specializes in percussion. he even wrote a book on it. his resume screams keep pounding. there's no way tepper passes on this guy.
  7. look for more players to push for this. fully guaranteed contracts have been the quiet elephant in the room that got tiptoed around for a long time. the nfl has tried to ease into it via the draft and slowly increasing guaranteed money % on new contracts. then out of nowhere... ....here come the browns.
  8. maybe because it's still fresh in my mind, but baker is the worst. i've never seen a qb look absolutely deer in headlights lost. sometimes i swear he seems surprised that the ball in his hands. it's like he has a ptsd episode at every snap. i'd be shocked if he is in the nfl after this season.
  9. i honestly want to see darnold back under center. watching pj gives me anxiety. you just know a meltdown is coming. watching mayfield just pisses me off. it's been so long since darnold has negatively impacted my game watching experience until i'm willing to give him the chance to remind me of how he does it.
  10. so no one is talking about how travis kelce lost his poo on national tv, took his helmet off as he was walking off the field, and threw it like he was trying to punch a hole in time and space?
  11. i thought rhule had the final word on the roster?
  12. i still can't wrap my head around 32 yards of offense.
  13. good enough to be up 2-3 scores. walker just isn't executing.
  14. people put waaay too much stock in the draft. learning how to be competitive and winning with what the panthers have right now is the foundation that they have desperately needed to make this organization a consistent contender.
  15. nope. the nfl would never eliminate the possible skyrocketing ratings of a cinderella team having the opportunity to try and win it all.
  16. stewart didn't say anything anyone else hasn't said. robbie is going at him because stewart is a walk away/turn the other cheek type of man. shannon sharpe flat outright said "robbie anderson is not a good enough player to behave like that on the sideline"..."you're not big enough, good enough"... ...to a national audience.... ...yet there's crickets from robbie
  17. there is such a thing as toxic positivity. the whole thing reads like a collage of motivational memes. some people think motivation brings about action and change, but it's the opposite...action and change creates motivation.
  18. every week so far has had the makings of a bloodbath. i'm shocked the defense has been able to keep things as manageable as they have.
  19. i'd be shocked if stewart says anything outside of the generic football speak that most players feed the public.
  20. players feel bad when their coach is let go. winning is hard. the formula for success is messy, and for whatever reason this formula didn't work.
