I would hate to accept a job knowing my first order of business that I am expected to do is fix someone who I did not pick and does unfortunately have some serious flaws with mechanics, size, strength, mental confidence and aggression to push the ball downfield. If Tepper fires new guy because he is unable to fix Bryce then that is some serious BS. I hope he can but i am not confident he can fix Bryce and he may need to find and draft his own guy.

I dont want to be purely negative and act as if there is no hope but Bryce's non aggressive seemingly scared mindset is the hardest part to fix I think. He can be put in the weight room and made a little stronger as well as put on a little bit of weight but cant change the height. I feel like the height may cause some of the mechanics issues so im not sure how you change all. I certainly hope new coaching staff can but I want to be optimistic but also a realist that its probably going to be very tough.

Or we could just remain negative no matter what and end up with your mindset. Tepp is a meddling ass but id rather have some cautious hope than end up doom and gloom like yourself at least.

So much negativity towards someone who has not even been on the job yet. Give the dude a chance. We either strike lightning or strike turd but at least we we move one way or the other.

Why are certain people so down? I wanted Harbaugh but at least we have someone now. I like the fact that the dude is an unknown. We will either strike gold or turd, one or the other. Sure as hell beats Dan Quinn or old ass Darth Belicheat. Before we all have to start screaming he will suck, perhaps we should wait to judge him by how the season goes next year.

I'm not going to poo the new coach whatever the hell his name is before he has even coached one day. Who knows, he could be the next great head coach and was an undiscovered gem. We cant predict and wont be able to for a while anyhow but im not going to poo on an unknown until I see what happens. This is daddy Tepps third hire and hopefully he gets it right this time. I would have been more disappointed if he went the hire an old retread like Darth Belicheat so who knows what he got. At least we can have some optimism of some sort. I've was too down over this season about everything to be down any more. Life is too fugging short to be down about this when we don't even know the future yet. Who the hell rooted for Bryce to get hurt? I didn't see one post hoping he would get hurt so I must have missed every last one of them. If someone did, I would definitely hope their asses were banned.

Why would he be interested in here? I was hoping between TMJ's dominant super star play and the Pineville Flea Market that it would be enough to pull him in but I guess I was wrong.
