    That’s the kick in the nuts. We very well could have been where the Chargers are. Just a few picks difference. They have a young franchise QB and LT. We have a ghost DT and injured CB....damn.

    Panthers job may be the worst in the league. No oline, no QB, no draft capital, glass cannon RB, ....it’s just a pitiful spot this franchise is in.

    Payton can coach. Rhule....well he can clean his plate and cash checks.

    3-4 years. Fire Rhule and staff. Trade off anything of value for draft pics verses throwing out mega contracts to early. Focus on cap space and draft pics. Get the oline right before going ham on a QB and skill positions. Pray the QB picked is a franchise one and not a turd.

    Finishing strong means nothing. It’s just a way for shitty coaches to keep their jobs yet ruin draft position.

    I’m not sure how to salvage this franchise going forward. Bad coach, bad QBs, bad oline, bad run defense, bad trades, fragile franchise RB, bad contracts, etc...just yikes

    Getting our ass whipped by a bad team...at home. I was pissed when we were just a mediocre football team but we have traded that for rock mf’ing bottom.

    Even if they fire Rhule, which I’m all for, franchise QBs, a solid oline, and a good coach won’t happen in the offseason. It’s going to take time....a long time. They traded away solid draft picks already for bad players. I’m not sold on Fitterer because of that.
