Panthers sign ex Bills CB Dane Jackson

I don't know. I'm just speculating. Besides you have to factor in the Panthers surcharge we will have to pay. I would guess somewhere north of $15M.

Theilen is a security blank because you can count on him to catch it. His yac his diminished with age but his hands are some of the best in the nfl. He was never a threat deep but he had a knack for finding a hole in coverage and you count on him to make the tough catch. He is/was a better Ricky Proehl. We just had to force him ball just to move the chain's. Everyone knew who the ball was going to. Frank relyed on him way too much. It would not surprised if he was the primary read on every pass play.

Let's see them play at least 7 or 8 games here before we decide their value.

Clooney will cost us more than we can afford to alot to 1 player at that position I'm afraid. We really need to add 2 edge guys to get by this season.

I don't think we are at the point where we can limit what positions we need. I would still go bpa in rounds 2 and 3 at least. -
I'm not sure why anyone cares what anyone says on social media. Humans never cease to amaze me by how dumb they can be when it comes to seeking validation from total strangers on the internet. Why?

Would keeping Burns require another big D-line addition?
Jon Snow replied to Donald LaFell's topic in Carolina Panthers
I just hope this is a lesson to them to not look a gift horse in the mouth so to speak. If they ever get an offer like that again to realize there's not a player on the team you pass that up for. -
I think we have a roster full of those already.

Take 2 of the youngest or preferably cheapest available as a bandaid.

The natives are restless. There's always something to rag about. It's nothing new. Today it's this guy. Stick around because there will be something else to replace him shortly. If you want to have some fun say something about Bryce. Doesn’t mater if it's positive or negative. Although it's more fun if you say something positive.

Can't hunt after dark. He will deer hunt in the morning before the game to get his mind in a killing mood and share the kill with his teammates though.

We have to pay a bit more for the same players because the team is so bad. Call it a surcharge if you will. It's the price you pay to convince a good player to join your crappy team.

The Panthers will have to add the bad team surcharge on the FA contracts. -

We haven't fielded a decent team in nearly a decade. It's not going to be this season either. They should be a bit better and hopefully not the worst team in the league this season. But I would not expect much of anything drastically changing this season. -
REPORT: Chase Young visiting Panthers
Jon Snow replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
That's like demanding a raise but not wanting to do what it takes to get it because you're afraid that you will get hurt if you do. That makes zero sense no matter how you spin it. -
What will Dionte Johnson’s attitude be on the Panthers?
Jon Snow replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Too much is made of how receivers are labeled. I this case he's currently the best on our roster so the makes him by default our "1", like it matters. Usually the best receivers on any team are their "1", or go to guy. -
Bandaids.

I would believe it. The only difference is where you will hear it more. North of the Mason Dickinson line you will hear more local blue collar types use yunz or you unz as it's pronounced. Below the line it's y'all from the same demographic. White collar folks have to stick to the proper use of the English language or whatever they speak more often in their daily interactions. With Blue collar folks pretty much everywhere you are free to use a less formal means of communication on a daily basis and thus creating the wide variety of phrases and use of words imaginable. That's been my experience anyway.

It's the same thing. Both are just southern slang of butchered English words.

I've heard it more than a few time in my lifetime. Some of it from NC natives that no dick about football much less the Steelers. Guess what. It has nothing to do with IQ or which football team you follow. Screw you for making me defend a Steelers fan by the way.
