    I've only heard that his mom is leading the negotiations. That's the only report the both sides have confirmed through their comments.

    Sounds too much like fantasy football moves. The Panthers either want the 1st pick or they stay put for now. Come draft time that may change but it appears that for now the winds are blowing towards Carr being a target as the vet option. After that who knows?

    I doubt the Raiders are moving up for a qb. I doubt they go with a 1st round qb at all. I'm starting to doubt we will either unless one falls in our lap.

    Of course it would. You just have to have a team with a coach and front office that has a year afforded to them to waste on sitting a 1st round rookie qb.

    Yeah that is going to be the speculation. If we were to sign Carr and stay put at 9 I'm going to be real interested at what they do if 1 of the 4 are sitting there when we pick.

    Thanks for sharing this. I had a suspicion that they would give serious thought to Carr. I guess we will find out soon enough.

    He was comparing them to the intangibles they displayed. He and Baldy, especially Baldy, said Richardson needed a vet to sit behind and learn. Didn't sound like either thought he was a day 1 starter. I tend to agree with them both.

    Aggressive would be to trade for the 1st overall pick and taking Richardson after you've signed Carr to a 3 year deal. If you are going to swing, swing for the fences.

    LaDainian Tomlinson just compared Stroud to Geno Smith and Levis to Josh Allen. Baldy couldn't come up with a comparison for Richardson. Said if he gets the right situation behind a good vet qb he could end up being the best of the class. Take that however you want.

    It was a rumor some mentioned on here about Tepper casually asking some report off the record about "what he thought of that guy", meaning Levis. So they jumped to the conclusion that Tepper had a hard on for Levis. I've seen the latest rumor its Stroud but I attributed it to just another rumor like the Carr interest. It's all speculation.
