Fantasy football and Maden is ruining football for me.

Wharton will rotate with Robinson on passing downs. He's a pass rusher.

Trading Down Could be a Gold Mine in This Draft!!
Jon Snow replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
The Saints are pretty much like us in that they need help just about everywhere. I don't not see much trading either as you really do not need to trade to get a decent player after pick 3 on day 1. The Titans and Browns are almost forced to take a qb, especially the Browns after the Watson comments yesterday. So that leaves Hunter and Carter as the only players that would draw real trade up interest. After those 2 there are 30 other players on day 1 to choose from. It becomes a matter of who do you really want out of those guys on day 1 regardless of where some goober ranks them. -
The players Dan signed do not worry me as much as the coach that is using them.

As of today, who would you draft at number 8?
Jon Snow replied to PleaseCutStewart's topic in Carolina Panthers
Warren will not be among the beat players available to the Panthers at 8 so you need to forget about him. If Graham and Walker are gone you're looking at CB or S (although I'm skeptical of the Panthers choice here) and possibly an OT. Don't rule out a late 1st ranked edge here either. -

That theory would greatly depend on which team between us and SF would take a tackle or possibly trade with someone wanting a tackle as well. -
I don't think anyone doesn't think it has been upgraded and should be better. We just do not know how much better it will actually be.

NFL.com's Chad Reuter's 4-round mock draft
Jon Snow replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'm hearing that safety and qb are the positions with the least talent in this draft. If you want a good one you better take one early. -
If Carter falls past 3 or 4 do you pick up the phone?
Jon Snow replied to micnificent28's topic in 2025 NFL Draft
I never understand why teams want to switch a players position in the pros. They drafted based on their success at one position and say, hey let's play him somewhere else and see how he does. Membou is one hell of a RT and scouts want to make him an IOL. Rhule was another believer in that projection philosophy. I say if he's kicking ass at a high level in college a T play him at T. -
Their win total for the season was 4.5 at the beginning of the season. Spot on if you ask me.

Vegas is rarely wrong. Wait until closer to seasons start to see if the line moves. It's too early to predict anything right now.

Dan Morgan and Brandt Tilis press conference
Jon Snow replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
The problem with saying just take bpa is who's bpa are you talking about? Not everyone is going to agree on who's the best player available at that pick. Teams see the best player available as who's the best player for their system at their pick among the players available. We just assume the rankings are all the same but they are really not. -
I would want to speak with the accusers before making a decision on Green. I realize sometimes victims will not want to talk about traumatic events with just anyone and it's a delicate matter. You do not want to add to that. It's a situation that will require a lot off information, information that some may not be willing to give. I would personally be thumbs down drafting him.

I'm sure he had a meeting with the 3 after the season was over to discuss the plans going forward. He's still in the know, of that I'm certain. They are just leaving him out of the discussions publicly. He will be in the draftroom when the selections are made so even if he keeps his mouth shut his presence alone is a distraction they do not need. But it's his team and he can do whatever da fug he wants with it. I probably would too.
-
That would be astronomically retarded on the teams part. For 1 he's not a generational player and the team is nowhere close to having enough talent to throw away more picks on 1 player again. Stay put and take whoever falls that is not a TE.

Tet McMillan: "I don't want to hear nothing"
Jon Snow replied to TD alt's topic in Carolina Panthers
I honestly don't think he would. He passed on several notable TE prospects in the 1st round, including our own Greg Olsen. I think Chud influenced the TE signings more than anything. But I digress. -

Hurney loved to pick the obvious and safe pick. Everyone he picked in the top half of the draft was a safe pick. They had better odds of working out. They required less thinking on his part. He could make those picks half drunk. On day two, when he was hungover, is when he got in trouble. He just threw sh't at the wall from there on. -

Not with 2 1000 yard rushes already on the team. Hurney has his eyes on a LB/Edge rusher. He would probably be trying to convince Tepper to trade up for Carter. -

No, Hurney would talk Walker from Georgia.
