I think it shows what you can do with guys that don't show up on the stat sheet.

It was a good move to get as many of his players and staff as he reasonably could because it allows him to instill his way if doing things faster. These players help each other learn and the more of his guys we have the more the culture changes. In a few years when those guys are gone the new guys will be grizzled vets teaching the new kids how it is down around here.

Should we not play them then? Do we wait until all their players heal before we play them just to please the media? You play whoever shows up. Why should we be penalized if we kick their ass? Hell no! You play to win for each other! Not to get accolades from the pompous ass media.

I think Shaq is finally being used correctly. He's just not your traditional LBr that you plug in at one spot and expect greatness.
