    I am not saying we won't draft a qb. We probably will unless we sign some big name. But Corral WILL be here next year and have a shot. That is almost beyond doubt unless someone wants to trade us something for him. Corral may end up being the backup.

    Yeah, that is kind of my thought. Rhule was desperate and decided to shoot the moon so to speak. He started out making bad decisions and every decision regarding qb has compounded the initial bad decision. Didn't work out, and it is going to cost him his job.

    The reality is most third round qb picks don't make it. But Corral will get a shot next year, and with a different and likely better coach. That will be better for him and slightly increase his chances of doing something for the team.

    Personally, I don't blame them for trying Mayfield. But the qb decisions have been bad from the start of Rhule's reign and that is what has doomed him. Mayfield is not the worst decision, just the latest in a series of bad decisions.

    Arizona's coach is an idiot. Going for two there was stupid. But he will win the game.

    This is the game that is probably going to end Rhule's career with the Panthers. Not that he will be fired tomorrow, but at 1-3 with an inept offense, it's going to be just a matter of who is going to be our next coach and quarterback.

    True, almost 50% of our offensive points have been in the 4th qtr.

    Well, we took what the defense was giving us, and didn't try to force our will on them. That alone is special for our offense.

    Ever get the impression he doesn't like us very much? All of his comments were about what the Cardinals did wrong. Almost like watching ESPN yesterday when they were talking about FSU/Wake and spent ten seconds complimenting Wake and three minutes talking about what is wrong with FSU.

    Yeah, he is 7 of 10, and at least two of the passes missed were drops. Can't blame a lot of the ineptness on him, at least not at this point.
