I have been a fan since 1999, going through the 1-15 season. I've been thinking alot about tonight given all that surrounds this game and the implications of the Bears trade and them starting their backup. If we lose, on national TV, is this rock bottom for this franchise? I can't help but to think it is. It just further solidifies how bad of a trade we made and how far off we truly are from winning again. I also don't think it's far fetched that with a loss we might see Reich and/or Fitt canned.

I hope to be able to look back on this decade or so of panthers football and laugh during better times. Others won't be so lucky. David Tepper sunk this franchise to lower depth than the Raiders and Browns.

I didn't think Ickey was All-Pro last year but also didn't think he looked bad. He showed enough to convince me he was our future LT and their would be road bumps and a learning curve. But this year he looks entirely lost. I don't get it. Rarely do you see a LT get significantly worse after a rookie year.

I selfishly hope Wilks is fired and offered the HC job at App St. He's been quoted as saying it's a dream job for him. He seems like the perfect fit for college as he's a great motivator.

While this is true, we also came in lower than what he wanted and deserved.

App St needs to fire Shawn Clark tomorrow. His teams have slept walk the last two years. At least unc-chapel hill lost.

The only silver lining with him is that he has no leverage for his next contract. Maybe we luck out and get him on a heavily discounted contract and he never gets hurt again...

If the offense still looks like ass, this whole staff has to go at end of year. Crazy to think because I thought we put together the Avengers of coaching staffs. Instead we got the dollar store version of them.

We've had worse Defensive coordinators. Eric Washington comes to mind.
