Explain to me how this is "win now" mode when the O-line is literally the worst part of this team and the major fact of the woe's this offense has had AND the major reason we lost to Dallas? This line isn't going to hold up the whole season. Tell me how getting a 31 year old CB is Win now mode? Like, what am I missing here.

I feel like this Defense is gonna shut out the iggles.

The random thought is that this game was close even after the fact that Dallas had the Refs on their side.

The needle is trending up. Moral victories aren't bad, I just don't want them to be the norm like the past couple of years.

I'm more worried about our O-line getting penalties than Dallas. Also being turn stiles to the Dallas D-line. In way too many plays, literally .05 seconds into the play the Dallas D pushes past the LOS setting the tone for the play, our guys were fuged in every which way possible. You come to expect the special treatment for Dallas, not sure why people are complaining about that crap.

Well it is to be as expected. Bolstering the Defense is great but when you do nothing for the lines, in spite of signing jagoffs, well these are the results, not bad gotta say but this line will not hold for another 10+ games like that. The underlining point here is that Darnold has been playing at a high level despite the lines horrible performances, not sure if that's on Darnold or the play design. Fitt better be on the phone with someone.. OR ride it out and go all O-line in the draft next year. lol

The offense needed to help that defense out more, they seemed gassed by the end of the game. There were holds that weren't called but that's out of their control. What they can control is pressure and gap coverage, something that they didn't do at all.

It didn't matter who was covering cooper that play, Dak threw a fuging dime to the one place a DB can't get to. He wasn't beat by cooper, he was beat by Prescott's throw. Can't blame him for that one. Insane coverage, just a more insane throw.

I'm gonna keep it simple and fast before kick off. For me it's at 10 am, so yeah. I'm just gonna make some Carne Asada Tacos. Nothing fancy.

Even more of a reason to believe he will make a great turn around around here. Also, just a thought, found it interesting that our CB tandem is almost a Palindrome. C J and Jaycee. Jaycee, Cee Jay. Thought that was kind of cool.

Fox as well, his ability to move from game and read the gaps and go to the right one while shedding blocks to get to the carrier is fuging insane. He's a great complimentary piece to Brown. They, along with YGM, are the ones doing the dirty work so the LB's and S's can run around, blitz or get to the runner if they break the first level.

Looks like he is back. Also looks like they are following the Hawkeye series that was very successful from almost a decade ago. It's got a great story if they follow it this show is gonna be one of the better ones.

I'll feel better when he doesn't go down on first contact or trips up himself without contact..

Can't disagree about the Oline. That's gonna win or lose us the game. It all depends on that line. Defense is solid, Special teams has been decent, offense was great with CMC, he mainly masked all the bad with Darnold also escaping and making plays, but without CMC this offense is gonna have to put its big boy pants on.
