He could always bring back this guy:

Charlotte is the 15th largest city in the US. It would be pure stupidity to move the team

1 Panther is a term commonly used to refer to large wild cats, particularly those of the Panthera genus, which includes cougars like Mrs Tepper 2 Panthers are known for their powerful build, agility, and keen senses like Cam Newton 3 Panthers are native to the Americas, primarily inhabiting swamps like Bank of America stadium 4 Panthers mark their territories with scent markings, like throwing drinks from their cups 5 A panther's roar is a distinctive and powerful sound such as "Boooooo" or "Luuuuuke" 6 The gestation period for panthers is typically around 90 to 105 days, and they usually give birth to a litter of two to four cubs which is a better success rate than the Carolina Panthers at drafting players

Agnew is a good choice IMO but any new GM is likely to be just another Tepper "yes" man

Everyone should arrive early, walk around with a drink. The first 100 people that throw their drink at Tepper, wins 100 bills.

Should we seriously consider Evero for head coach?
Cavscout replied to PleaseCutStewart's topic in Carolina Panthers
The Panthers should consider him as head coach with the condition that we do not keep Thomas Brown, IMO -
While I don't hate Bryce Young, I have seen less and less from him as the season has progressed. I think the team at least gives him through next year before moving on. His stats do look a lot like Ridder's though...

BREAKING!!: Panthers will go after Ben Johnson
Cavscout replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Meh. Personally I think Slowik of Houston or Brian Johnson of Phily have offenses more geared to Bryce's strengths. -
I think there is more to see here than you may think. He never mentions Scott Fitterer by name at all and Fitt wasn't even present. Anyone else find it odd that the GM wasn't at his bosses press conference. Can we assume he may be fired at seasons end? I hope so. I would love to see us get Slowik as HC paired with Adam Peters as GM.

Reporters asked poor questions

Maybe the Panthers most exciting television event all year
-
It's all primarily his fault.
-
Playing devils advocate... how can you evaluate a head coach or OC given this team's lack of talent across the board but especially oline and wr. That being said... fire everyone after the season.
-
I guess Tepper is better at something than anyone else: LOSING

OL PFFs grades are out. *Warning for the weak stomach*

Zavala shouldn't be in the NFL, or CFL, or XFL. Dude is REALLY bad! -
Analytics will do that to your teams talent level. It took the Browns nearly a decade to figure that out and for Haslem to get over his ego and get rid of that dept
-
They can fire who they want...won't change the fact that this team lacks talent
-
This game isn't even going to be close, like entering a donkey(Tepper) in the Kentucky Derby. Bet the Cowboys at -11 and at least make some money off of it.
-
The issue is about talent, the offense lacks it. Doesn't matter who calls the plays, you can't squeeze blood from a turnip.

Albert Breer: both Reich and Fitterer back in ‘24
Cavscout replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
As wealthy as Tepper is, he's also cheap. He will be paying Rhule for years, I doubt he wants to pay Reich not to coach also. -
If Tepper is smart he goes after Jim Harbaugh.

No college coaches, IMO. Detroit's OC is the best option out there this year.
