    Falcons 31 Panthers 13 Since Tepper has owned the team, it's just been one miserable failure. Something he is doing behind the scenes is causing all of this. He's just to stubborn to realize it and has surrounded himself with yes men too scared to tell him what the issue is...except Wilks

    I think the issue is using analytics to draft ATHLETES rather than old school scouts choosing the best FOOTBALL players.

    As long as Tepper is the owner, the team is doomed to be below mediocre. He got rid of Steve Wilks because he was an alpha male. He only wants yes men, choir boys, and people that fit a certain profile. He refuses to let others lead. He is doomed to fail.

    I think the Panthers beat the Cowboys, Bucs, and Falcons. The likely pick will be around 12 to 15 in rd 1
