Could you imagine how short a highlight video for this season would be?

I hate to say it, but.... good. That needs to be the case for Tepper to get a pulse on what the fanbase of his team is thinking. Get it fixed or your stands are going to be consistently full of opposing teams fans and you'll look like a fool with a bad team.

I hope not. If that's the case it will be because we hired the wrong coaches and hung on to them for too long. 4 years max to get a Lombardi. If that's your goal, you have to keep the contracts to 4 years. 2 years to start winning. That's all. It shouldn't take more than 2 years to have a winning record. First year is the freebie. You asses needs and start to lay your foundation. 2nd year you have at least a winning record. 3rd year playoffs at a minimum and understand that the window for a championship is closing. 4th year it has to happen or it won't.

No, we're fans win or lose. We just don't like losing records....every year. You can be a fan and unhappy with the team, you know. You can be a fan and not agree with the direction they are going. You can be a fan and expect better. You can be a fan and scream for change. You can be a fan and complain about things you know can and should be better. You can be a fan and have an opinion that you voice. Being a fan doesn't mean always thinking that everything is fine and cheering them on as if everything was rosey. Being a fan means loving the team and wanting to see success and it allows for frustration and voicing it when its not happening. Like Rhule said, booing fans shows that they at least still care...that they are still fans. What's worse is apathy shown by silence, which is what is sure to follow if they continue this direction. It may seem mean and trouble you, but trust me it's better than apathy from the fanbase. If you don't like it, put your earplugs in our step out for a while.

I hope someone around Tepper is looking at this stuff in here and pointing it out to him and that he's getting pissed.

It won't happen. This crew has drunk Rhule's Kool aid. "Winning doesn't matter. No pressure. I mean sure, I'll throw you under the bus, but just know I love you and you're special to me"

Let's just give them all fuggin participation trophies. Thats what it's boiling down to, right? Maybe that's the culture, where everyone is just loved despite being losers.

Yeah... What is it supposed to look like? What are we trying to build? What's the end game? If I had a clue what it was I *might* be ok with it.

I remember Cam's reaction to losing when he got here. He couldn't accept it but the players around him basically said "you'll get used to it." He didn't, but the culture changed to one that fought and went to the Superbowl. Cam was at the center of that change. Rhule just destroyed all of that.

Seriously I'm tired of it. That's the culture we had before Cam and Luke. Its a culture that needs to die now. This will happen only when we get rid of the coach that set the bar of expectation on any other thing than winning. Winning over whining.

And then lose every other game of the season.

It was more about what they had to do to put him in the game. They we're replacing Cam with poo. Rhule was getting his fair share of the boos too because this was his call/fault.

They want us to be happy losers. Screw'em

Now all we have is a bunch of whiny snowflakes who don't like being booed and are content being losers...clinging onto the imaginary victories and accomplishments Rhule is trying to sell us all. Find a way to win dammit and get angry at yourself for losing rather than angry at those fans who aren't ok with you losing.

And didn't Rhule just say that the boos just show we still care? Punks need to get on the same page

So, pretty much....don't expect wins. Just be thankful you have a team and follow like stupid little sheep. Gotcha.

I think all it will take is one of them falling then we'll have a domino effect. It's just that no one wants to be the first. Yeah, I know Jags were technically the first but those were really special circumstances. That guy wasn't just a bad coach, he's a horrible human so that puts him in his own category.
