Dude has rescued three guys from the Canadian football league and brought them to Charlotte through some kind of Underground Railroad. In a year and a half he has provided a chance at the 'Merica dream to:

Linden "Canadian Farm Beast" Gaydosh (9'10" 625lbs)

Alex "Get me the" Hall "out of Canadia" (6'5" 250)

David "1,2,3" Foucault (6'8" 320lbs)

Here's to you Dave. Wear your shorts high as I now realize it's actually a metaphor for the US/Canadia border. You are a hero, humanitarian, and boss.

If this were true he could remove all doubt by wearing jean shorts.

How about you get over yourself? I made a simple comment that I didn't like the comparison of harriet tubman to a gm and people have to act like it's something that can never be brought up. Give me a break. I made a point and that was it.

      I think he's gone, and rightfully so, if he turns in another losing record. The "talented roster," regardless of how true or not, is a double-edged sword. If the roster is so much improved now from 202X then why are you still producing losing seasons? On one hand, maybe that's what needs to happen. Have the GM hire the new coach, and then have the new coach pick his guy to run his system. That is typically how it works in the NFL. Not the forced inheritance deal we have had in place.

      Hinging on Brooks to be our spark...be good if it happens... but not holding my breath....RB next draft. Morgan gambled...it would be a 2 year payoff if thing happened.

      Only way Canales is fired is if we are attrocious everywhere....  defense /special teams and offense..  There are enough "questions" on if BY9 is the guy that ownership wouldn't fire the coach for "just" mid qb play.  Especially with as talented a roster that has played "well enough" to win some tough football games and hang in there against the top tier of the NFL ...(mostly).   Now total team suckage..yeah .. but I don't see that happening.
