I encourage everyone to contact their local congressman to voice their opinion on the matter.  Take a minute to stand up for what you believe, it's time to end this tirade on a non lethal plant, take a stand for freedom, realize that our government owns a patent on medicinal marijuana products, but yet still classifies it as a schedule 1 drug alongside the likes of heroin.....

I say legalize it. Treat it just like alcohol. Set an age limit, and prosecute for DWI. Sell it like cigarettes, and tax the poo out of it.

Watching an episode of Vice on HBO regarding Colorado was really revealing.

Colorado alone has hit the Mexican drug cartel's income by 2billion dolars.

This fact alone should give congress all the ammo it needs.

Im torn. As one who once was big smoker and dealt a lil somethin somethin it can lead others to do other drugs.

I say you make it layered to get and charge a heckuva a premium on potency.

I don't like people who try at every opportunity to force something down your throat...be it religion, lack of religion, marijuana legalization, or whatever.

Should be legalized and I'm ready to bounce on that sh*t when it is federally legalized. That's a goldmine with the right resources, which I am almost sure I could attain as a kid hailing from a long line of tobacco men.
