The Cleveland Browns are aware Pro Bowl receiver Josh Gordon, facing a possible NFL suspension for another failed drug test, was ticketed for speeding last weekend. A passenger in his car was cited for marijuana possession.

Gordon is facing a season-long suspension after another failed drug test months ago, this time for marijuana, sources told ESPN's "Outside the Lines"earlier this month. Gordon was suspended two games last season for failing a drug test.

Gordon was pulled over for driving 74 mph in a 60 mph zone on May 25, WKYC-TV reported Friday. According to the report, the passenger in Gordon's Mercedes was issued a citation for possession of marijuana in an amount under 200 grams. The marijuana was found in a blue bag with identification. The passenger said the marijuana was not Gordon's.

Why would you risk throwing away millions of dollars? I just don't get it.

INB4 #legalize it

What happens if someone who plays for the Broncos or the Seahawks (places where weed is legal) fails a test for marijuana? Do they still get in trouble even though it's legal in their state?

It is still illegal on a federal level, and it is against the agreed to bargaining agreement, so the answer is yes. they would not get in legal troublem but if they test positive, they could be in trouble with the league.

My company has a call center in Colorado and since it is against company policy, they still test for it.

And hundreds of Huddlers wanted this fool.

I got no prob with 420, but when you only have to abide by the rules to get millions and you can't do that one simple thing, your dumbass deserves a spot on the Jamarcus Russell train.

Because he is "keeping it 100". Money don't mean anything to people keeping it real.

We like to refer to those people as 'morons'.

Daryl Washington cost himself five and a half million dollars by getting himself suspended for the year.

Is 'keepin it real' worth that much?

How much is it worth to the family you're supposed to be taking care of?

Ya think they'd rather have the money for say, school, groceries, expenses and such.  Or should they pat dad on the back for 'keeping it real'?

Sometimes I smoke weed every day for two months and just quit out of boredness for 4-6 months.. Couldn't imagine how anyone would become addicted to pot.

Yeah, I don't either, of all the drugs around weed is the least addictive if at all.

    • He is basically having a polar opposite rookie season than Bryce. 4-3 as a starter on a very bad team.  68% for 237 passing yards and 19 rush per game. 9 TDs,  6 TOs in his starts.  and folks acknowledge the surprisingly play because no one thought poo of the random 2nd rounder and he is player better as a rookie thus far than so many prized picks did as a rookies (not just Bryce but a boatload of dudes).   It's only a sour issue to give someone props because he is a Saint and of course the Bryce thing.  It's like giving the TE in Clev props for having near identical production as the chosen one Tyler Warren.  Fannin is having a great rookie season in a very bad spot.
    • This is a very weird take. The reason Shough doesn't deserve it is because he's only started 7 games. He's doing crazy well for a rookie and out playing plenty of vets with a worse roster. He's waaay above league average in a number of categories during his starts and he passes the eye test in game by making plays. Meanwhile Bryce Young had one of the worst rookie seasons of all time. Still TMac deserves it more. It's only been 7 games for Shough so he doesn't deserve any awards. Even if he gets to 9 he doesn't.
    • There was a poster on here who had him ranked above Bryce in NFC South QB rankings. My jaw hit the floor lol
