is it weird that i've literally stopped in the middle of wanking because i can't stand the fact that i could be accomplishing/learning something instead of diddling around? i halfway think i've killed my own sex drive by finding greater, more transcendent pleasures in the tireless pursuit of trying to understand the universe and humans around me

I'm not surprised. There are lots of women with low to no sex drive. I believe it could be hormonal but also body image. Women as a whole are so overly critical of themselves and it leaks over into the bedroom. Also, was this poll anonymous? Maybe they didn't want to admit it.

Lord knows women should take advantage of our beautiful bodies. By exploring ourselves, it only improves sex with our partners because we know exactly what we need. I'm thinking if they have ever has an orgasm before, how in the hell could they not want it again? A lot.

You got to take time for yourself, plus it helps with stress/anxiety. 

 

 

 

edit: plus if you're not coming on to your wife some, that's can cause a whole other set of problems.

I know no man will admit it publically, but if any men here are having trouble with their lady's sex drive, pay attention to who pied this post.... 3 females.

If you work the clit right, even the most backwards socially programmed prude will at least temporarily break out of her shell.

 

As for the dildo and toys stuff that I clipped out... well, I haven't gotten her that far out of her shell yet. (now see how awkward that sounds coming from a guy? that's why we don't talk about this stuff)

 

Try something from www.lelo.com. They're like the Apple Computers of sex toys. They're very aesthetically pleasing and extremely well made/effective. You can usually get them a lot cheaper on Amazon. Floppin recommended them in a thread a couple of years ago. They're great. Not every woman feels comfortable with a glossy, purple 'Rabbit' in their bedside drawer. Lelo toys are much more understated.

 

There's also a company called JimmyJane that makes these great candles that are basically made out of massage oil. Those are a lot of fun as well.
