That was epic. I envy the hell out of everyone that was there. I bet that place was f'ing insane when Hixon caught that TD.

 

I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to be at that game. It was awesome.  And yes, the place did go ***** insane.

i was at the game and the people beside me left right before the game winning drive, they weren't the only people to leave...i stood there and watched the incredible comeback and thought about how they prolly kicked themselves all the rest of the year for leaving early and missing that...

With the decision to punt that late in the game, I can understand why some people decided to go, but they are nothing but traffic beating lightweights.

When we were at the Buffalo game Bills fans were starting to leave before their last drive, my friend was calling them idiots and they were a lock for a comeback win, as Riverboat Ron was not born until the next week.

There were a lot of "emergence" stories this year. Ron Rivera becoming the calculated gambler, Cam Newton rising to the ranks of a clutch QB and that young defense emerging as one of the top defenses in the league. Looking back, last year was something special and it was just highlighted by games like the one against NO at home.

I remembered in halftime I was thinking what a hell of game was TD playing, outplaying Luke and stats appeared. Luke had like 14 tackles and TD about 10. I said man, I fugging love this defense.

In second half they both had an INT and a bunch of tackles, probably one of the best game by a LB couple in history.

There's been a few epic moments in BofA but the storm actually amping up the crowd more that game was kind of transcendent

Agreed. It was almost as if the fans knew the storm was our 12th man in defense and everyone went nuts.

      The powers that be were clearly NOT anticipating a noon matchup between two teams desperately trying not to be at the bottom of the ACC for this one. Luda hitting the stage at 10AM. It is way too damn early in the day to be getting that crunk to watch bad football. LOL Ya know, I honestly think I would've just cancelled it even if it meant paying him not to show.

      Last week, the QB finished strong. Ended up with 300+ yards and 3 TDs. That wasn't good enough because it was against a "soft zone" defense, and he "failed when it mattered". This week, he made the plays he needed to and allowed the defense to dominate without taking chances. Now he didn't pass for enough yards for you. Some of you can't see how you look for the negatives. I can find negatives for every player on every team in every game. Just mindboggling to me that you're a fan of a team you don't even want to see win - unless it's on your terms. Just enjoy the win. Geez.

      Looks like he's what CSW was to the defense in that he can line up anywhere. Week 3 he was primarily the slot, but out wide in weeks 1 & 2.
