Requiring Hardy to go through some type of program for abuse doesn't seem like this country is fugged.  Hardy is damn lucky it wasn't worse.  What this judge did was probably the best thing for Hardy despite anything Holder did.

This was always a very real possibility that no one wanted to admit.  People forget the legal system doesn't look through homer eyes.

 

Sad news for Hardy.  Gotta wonder what happens next.

 

I expect people to jump to this conclusion..  but I don't think that could be further from the case really.

 

 

a lot to take away from today to see a difference between homer glasses and multiple sources speaking on similar issues that aren't connected to each other.

 

There are far too many people who were, are, and will be ready to jump down Hardy's throat for this without fighting any homerism.

that get this dyke looking judge letting the bitch walk in mid-afternoon when any other case would have been thrown the fug out.  they do all this testimony and blah, blah, blah when the crooked ass judge already had her mind made up before anybody ever walked into court this morning.  bitch please!
