cam getting in ealy's ear at practice today....

We are on a completely different situation than Greg was entering. Hardy didn't have time, ealy does. The point of this article is cam is showing that every single person matters. I don't think anybody has seen this kind of leadership in years or I could be exaggerating the situation.

You can just tell by the flow of practices and the encouragement or criticism by cam that this is his team. This is cams team. And he's holding everybody accountable.

I think about the teams I played for. I was never that kind of guy . Because that kind of guy was rare. I've only seen that kind of leader once in my life and he plays in the mlb right now.

I like how cam's really taking on his leadership role.. And Ealy has got some big potential. It usually takes some time developing at DE. Hardy's second year he started all 16 games and still only amounted 4 sacks.. So just give him some time.. He's in good hands

Early will make his impact on passing downs at DT/3tech. I knew dave couldn't pass on him, sad he's being judged so hard on a top D being 60th player picked...... marty only got one second rounder right, i believe early will give dave double what marty did in nine years. Give the kid some time, it not like the #2 D is based around a late 2......

Anyone remember how Hardy was struggling in games against the run and Rivera coached him up? We have a great staff that can develop this kid, and he sounds like he is humble and very receptive to it. I'm not concerned about him at all.
