the solution is to run more 2 TE sets which I have yet to really see.... It should be a staple...

That Shula / Newton are throwing those longer routes it needs to stop as between the oline and newtons lack of trust in that ankle and new WRs, it's not working...there is zero rhythm and newton is getting killed in the process

Now seeing them again in the preseason.

you see that...  I see that...  I expect the NFL offensive coordinator should be able to see that...   and the long fuging routes need timed, not called every play...

 

 

This team has too much talent to be wasted on Shula, should he prove that to be the case....  This gives our tall, veteran savvy receivers a way to use their height, and veteran savvy, to their advantage...

If Winston had started his freshman year KB would have better stats. No denying that. The minute Manuel left all of a sudden FSU is a powerhouse with Winston.

Why did you just completely ignore what I said?

KB was benched halfway through the 2012 season of his redshirt freshman year because he was immature and not listening to coaches. It would not have mattered who was QB because KB did not buy into the system.

As for Winston he was not ready to play immediately and needed to redshirt. And it's not like he would have beaten EJ out because the job was his. Despite what you think of him he had a good career at FSU.

I will admit - Kelvin Benjamin looks ten times better than I thought he would this early on.

I am not a Shula hater, but I agree. I get frustrated with calling 25 yard passes when we need 3 yards to keep the drive going.
