Question About Team Apparel

Does anyone know if those jackets the players have been wearing on the sideline are available? I looked in the team store and on the NFL Shop and I don't see the one I'm looking for in particular. If you've been watching Hard Knocks, it has been easily spotted on there (although sporting a disgusting logo and colors)... it is a Nike jacket, it appears to be like a water-repellent material, and it has zippers diagonally going across the bicep area, and I believe the logos are on the sleeves as well. Anyone else notice them? And any idea of if they are or will be available? I thought all sideline apparel would be...

The only place to get Benjamin jerseys is at NFLshop.com. Surprisingly they're not sold at the team store website or at Nike.com.
