The Greg Hardy thread....for everything Hardy related

Just a request from this huddler if Jeremy could pin this thread. The repetitive Hardy threads all saying the same things is monotonous. Please condense all things "Hardy" in one thread.Let the rampage begin.I will start by saying with the Peterson news this morning influenced by the NFL, it is speculated by many that the same will be happening to Hardy very shortly.

I now hand off the ball.

edit:  merging stream-of-conciousness (or lack there of) NEW threads on GH in here.  If anyone is still reading you may notice a few jumps in discussion

I support this ONLY if you plan on updating the OP with significant info. Nobody is going to sift through 100 pages of crap. Nobody got time for that.

There should be one thread updated when Hardy news comes in.A mod should update the thread since I am just a guy posting on here with a suggestion. If they would do this it would make things much easier.I agree scrolling through 12 pages of the same stuff is ridiculous.

If need be I will make a new thread every morning (since I am up very early for work), and everyone else can take it from there.I will post what I can find to post about the subject. This way we can have a daily update in one thread.

If Hardy ends up being deactivated until his trial, he should immediately accept the guilty decision and get his 6 game suspension out of the way in time to rejoin the team the second half of the season and through the playoffs.

That would be idiotic. If he plead guilty now, and got accused again he would be suspended indefinitely. However, if he wins this case he doesn't have a first strike.

Granted, if the league updates it's policy on DV again all bets are off.

100 pages of crap you say?  let's get this party started

we have the libtard media and the decline of good christian moral values to thank for this whole domestic violence problem.  obummer is trying to deflect attention from isis and ebola and he has the media in his pocket so you really just have to put two and two together here imo

    • Last year was not a high level. He needs to improve a lot more than 1 game agaisnt the Falcons that looked like a preseason scrimmage game. He still looks very limited physically from an NFL standpoint. He hit backup levels at times and needs to show way more consistently.
    • We’ve seen plenty of late round WRs come and go so I don’t have much stock in Horn. He’s definitely a wait and see/maybe he surprises. Looks fun, but then you consider the history with Gettis, T Godwin, Pilares, etc. I’m gonna hold my breathe haha
    • So can we all at least agree that he's physically able to play the position at a high level? There were a lot of weird takes on here before like: 1. he's too short to see the field. all of his passes will be batted down. he'll have to do that hop pass just to get the ball over defenders. he just won't ever be effective passing in the middle of the field. and will never be able to take snaps from under center. 2. he's too small; he'll get injured the first time he's hit; he'll go down whenever he's touched by a defender 3. he's too slow to outrun defensive linemen. he just won't be able to escape the rush or make defenders miss.  4. his arm is just too weak to throw the deep out in tight coverage. or to complete a deep pass Did I miss anything? And he showed he was able to do all of those things his rookie season. Just not consistently. Obviously the problem was always  mental. Confidence and trust in his team mates.
