Actually I would think Liberals would believe in equal rights. Really its the conservatives fueling this with their whole, "A man should never hit a woman! And if accused should lose his job, half his land, and 4 cows!"

The media is Liberal, make no mistake about it and they are the ones stirring the pot.,regardless of what the different party members (Liberal or Conservatives) belief.

He should be banned until he gets treatment, at least until 2015.

The guy was found guilty and it wasn't just a left hook to the face and dragging out of the elevator.  It was a beat down of mega proportions and the guy has rage issues, clearly, beyond being a major dumbass.

Ehhh 80 IQ is back

Consider the following:

  • Aside from the girl, the only witness attesting to her version of events is a neighbor in the building who admitted she saw nothing and only heard a lot of banging and screaming.

  • The cop on the scene saw nothing and the girl avoided him entirely as she admitted she was carrying cocaine and was both inebriated and doped up at the time.

  • Hardy placed his own 911 call asking for a police response

  • Only days before, Hardy had maneuvered to have the girl's crap taken away form his house by tricking her into going to Miami

  • The friend who came with the girl testified on Hardy's behalf, specifying that the accuser told her that she wanted to get back at Hardy for kicking her out of his place

  • The North Carolina judicial system is a fuged up railroading calamity. The entire reason Hardy was "found guilty" is because to keep poor people from having their rightful jury trials the state forces cases to go through a bench trial first, and then only people who can afford appeals actually get their due process with a jury. THIS IS AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION

  • There's no actual physical evidence of an assault taking place. Bruises can be self-inflicted or caused by engaging in offensive fighting; aside from that, there's no eyewitnesses or video or pictures substantiating the claims in question.

  • The judge in this case is a renowned member of anti-domestic violence organizations, and she could not be trusted to be impartial as she specifically requested to adjudicate the case

  • The judge herself admitted the only reason she found Hardy guilty was because of the testimony of the neighbor who didn't see anything, saying that she had nothing to gain by her actions. SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING.

  • What the girl accused Hardy of ranged from getting her arm stuck in a toilet lid to being thrown onto a bed of assault rifles to getting her arm broken to miraculously her arm is fine and it was really her shoulder that he broke to OK the shoulder's fine, I just have some bruises your honor. . .

Remember guys, you can subject animals to unthinkable cruelty, kill your teammates while drunk driving, murder people yet still play in Baltimore, but if you are accused of laying a hand on a woman you will be out of the league.

Actually, if any of those things happen again, the punishment will end up being much harsher than what Hardy is getting.  Times change and people's opinions change.  It is a fact of life.

I really don't care about your opinion.

LoL I saw this and laughed my ass off.

Let me tell you about atheism, 80. Something cant come from nothing. LoL

Really? Because I could explain to you how it all happened but then you would laugh it off. Your faith is much a joke as the NC legal system

    • Here is what it said about him coming out of college: Overview A three-year starter with good feet and technique, Samac could be in consideration for a move-blocking rushing attack. He is strong at the point of attack but will have limitations against NFL power. He operates with good hand placement and nimble feet and is a demon once he’s on the move as a pulling center leading the way. He’s fluid and agile in the run game, but those traits fail to do as much for him in protection. Samac punches with inside hands but can struggle to widen his protection base in order to protect his edges. He has eventual starting talent as a run blocker but needs to add more mass and improve in pass protection to get there.
    • Through 2 games cltfc has 12 shot attempts. Opponents 23 shots on target. Attack sucks, Defense definitely sucks. Kahlina is the only reason they haven't given up 14 goals in two games.
    • I met a few times--never liked him. I figured he might have had a bad day--but then realized that he must have a lot of bad days. Once he raised his voice at my son because my son did not understand a question when SS was signing his jersey.  I wanted the jersey to represent his encounter with a Panther great, not some small man with a bad attitude.  I told me son, "Forget it.  He was asking you what your name is (My son was about 7 and told me that he thought Smitty was going to write (my son's) name on the jersey.  He said "Dad, I thought he was supposed to write HIS name on the jersey, not mine."  I said, "He was personalizing it, writing it to you--like a birthday card."  He is now grown, and he has a steve smith Jersey that is framed and matted.  He keeps it is his closet.  I asked him, "Why not have that out on your wall?"  He said, "All I remember is an A-hole scribbled on my shirt.  I don't remember a legend or hero.  But he had a Jake Delhomme Jersey on his wall.  "Jake was great.  I will always remember that."  (Jake stayed and talked to us for about 5 minutes or more--GREAT guy.)
