It amazes me how sexist the stance on domestic violence is.  Is violence against a women more egregious than violence on a man?  I mean, are we that sexist or should any violent act result in a player losing half their season and being forced to go on leave?

How bout fights on the field?  throwing punches during a game? Hitting a man should not be charged any less than hitting a woman unless we are admitting that the sexes hold different equivalents.

Just watched the around the horn portion. I believe that Hardy may have been convicted somewhere in the process..they only mentioned it about 10 times but I'm not sure of any other facts or that he is taking it to a jury trial after watching that....

I am way too mad over this, need to throw something.

A man hitting a woman is much different than a man hitting a man. Especially when that man is Greg Hardy. Don't be stupid. I don't believe Greg hit her or did anything wrong honestly. There was no evidence to show that he hurt her. All he did was try to restrain her crazy ass and keep her off of him

I believe what actually happened is somewhere in between the two stories.   Yet the media and the Judge chose to believe everything that an admittedly coked up girl who was quoted saying "I'll show him crazy", who refused to get medical attention.  said .   But refuse to believe anything hardy said.   I wonder what his demeanor at the trial was.

And of course it Greg Hardy is found not guilty, ESPN will devote 0.000000001% of their coverage to it.  It will be a small little statement at the end of Sportscenter before a commercial.  "After being found guilty of domestic abuse, Greg Hardy was acquitted today.  We'll be right back with a fluff piece on one of the many athletes who's balls we love sucking."

The talking heads are ill informed big surprise. The courts, judge, Nicole Holder, legal analysists, all nfl researchers for ESPN, and every single "reporter" should feel horrible about this. I hope someone tells them how shitty they are in person.

No, this stance is wrong.

Violence whether it be man on man, man on woman, woman on man or woman on woman is equally wrong.

If he is found innocent, i already have my list of who I'm emailing. And it's not because it's Hardy. Anyone with a mic being the judge, juror and executioner is unacceptable and I don't want to live in a society that works that way.
