Best place to stay uptown?

Me and my girlfriend are going to spend the night in uptown... What's the best hotel to stay in that won't break my wallet too bad? It's my first time staying in the city

The Westin is pretty nice, and should be in that price range.  He paid around $150, but I don't think that's a standard rate.

Westin is probably your best bet.  All others in center city will probably be out of your budget, but great for walking around and such.  Have you looked into Aloft at the Epicentre?
