Norman making most of chance

Unfortunately, I didn't get to watch the whole game. Of course our game would be the very first Thursday game to be on NFL Network.

However, I did get to see the first half. Norman really impressed me with tight coverage, big play tackles (nice one arm shoe string tackle on Ingram while fighting block), and pass breakup hits. I wish they had him on Graham in the red zone on the last play before half.

So i have to eat crow, as I was one calling for his head after the week three punt return mishap. I wasn't sure he would ever be able to control himself and make good decisions. He was pumped up and trying to get the crowd into it too. He keep his head on straight, at least in the first half. Did he do well in the second half?

Norman has been playing much better, not missing assignments like last year.  We might have a keeper in that one.

He certainly has brought an attitude to the defense we were missing since Hardy's been gone.

Yeah, i think we have. Our defense as a whole looked much better at the start of the game. I believe he had a lot to do with that. That run support prob saved some big plays.

I have to admit that I've always liked and rooted for Norman to make it. He had some bonehead plays early on in his career, but at least he won't back down from anyone. Nice to see him making plays.

I think Norman and Bene are two solid CB players we have on the team.  We need some decent safety help but at least we have two guys we might be able to build around.
