We all know the problem areas on the team. So who do we keep?

I know we all hoped that G-man had locked up our future LT on the cheap, but I was a little concerned about it at the time. If Chandler and his agent truly thought he had the ability to be a starting OT in the NFL, there's no way they would've agreed to a contract that amounted to relative peanuts for an NFL OT contract.

In the long run o think he makes a serviceable back up on the cheap.

He'll either improve or get cut after next season.  No real savings releasing him next season, but substantial savings releasing him after that.  If he's not going to be any better than someone we could get for vet minimum, he'll get his walking papers.

I know I may be in the minority but our best safety combination, in my opinion, is Colin Jones at SS and Decoud at free safety.

DeCoud is our best cover safety and Colin can make up for defensive mistakes with his 4.4 speed. Harper stinks. Boston just isn't ready yet.

Norman clearly is our best cornerback. It really doesn't matter who starts on the other side. They all stink. If I had to pick one guy I guess I would put White out there.

Our best nickel without question is the rookie from San Jose State.

Offensive line just sucks but ...Bell Norwell Kalil Turner Chandler

Best running back is Stewart behind our poor line due to his ability to break tackles

Decoud has missed a few tackles this season, but I think some people couple Decoud's mistakes with Harper and he just hasn't played nearly as bad.

Harper needs to be benched immediately. Jones has more desire, more heart, more athletic ability and he tackles better. Colin should be starting at strong safety. The fact that the coaches are being so loyal to Harper the veteran puzzles me. He has single handedly cost us several touchdowns. Touchdowns account for team momentum and when you have a young team with a loss of momentum you have losses.

The only thing Harper has on Colin is experience and that hasn't helped his play. Boston should be the primary back up for both spots.
