Let Cam Sit and Is Gettleman Safe?

The throw to Cotchery that went out of bounds? Olsen wide open in the end zone, Stewart wide open in the flat.

Olsen even let the sideline hear it when he went back.

He is being hit virtually every play. I don't blame him for the inaccurate throws. Every great QB has them every game, the problem is he is doing more of it because he has less to work with. He can't rebound and do better, because he has no help. NONE.

olsen is the only guy that plays that can create separation. KB makes catches because he's huge, that's it. The other guys run as fast you do walking.

The line... Nothing needs to be said.

Look at Cam on Monday night against new England last season and look at him this season and tell me that it's Cam fault that he can't make chicken salad out of chicken poo. QBs don't just completely lose all of their ability, talent, and fall off of a cliff from year three to year four. In year three (last season), that guy is usually who he is going to be from that point on.

So what happened? Everyone around him sucks, minus Olsen and KB.

Also, this season really shows you who are the smart posters and who are the idiots. Those who say we need to trade Cam or cut him only shows that their opinion is worthless and not worth carrying on a discussion here on the huddle. I know just to ignore those guys and remember they are morons.

Exactly. Again what I said in the gameday thread, a QB doesn't go from an amazing rookie season, show improvement over the next 2 years, then suddenly declines in production simply because he sucks. The coaching staff and DG have failed him. He has no help.

GMs get several years unless you're the raiders or browns

Sorry kids

Obviously the question is purely hypothetical fan-discussion... We know even if he is the wrong guy for the job, JR wouldn't fire him until it's too late.

But, as I said, I didnt question it before, but I do now... I am really starting to wonder if he was the right hire or rather a favor from an old friend. We could expect a step back if you want to give him the cap excuse (which I dont), but this wasn't a step, it was a huge ass fuging fall.

Dude you're wrong. Olsen wasn't open in the endzone. Not even close to being open. And had he thrown it to Stewart, there was a defender two yards in front of him ready to make the tackle. No one was open
