To be fair, Alfred Morris was a pretty good pick.  Roy Helu and Jordan Reed aren't so bad either.

 

Trading the farm for RG3 though...

would much rather have a guy like tom coughlin promoted to this type of role.  

 

Me too, honestly.  I think he's got a better eye for personnel.

 

But given that he and Gettleman are former colleagues, Shanahan would have to be considered a possibility (same as Coughlin).
