Playoff ticket advice

Yeah if you can't find anything for face value now, I would buy from someone outside the stadium.

I've gotten lower level seats for less than face outside the stadium.

I will be traveling 4 hours to make the trip.  What are the chances of this?

There will definitely be lots of tickets for sale outside of the stadium.

 

 

A lot of times people need to get rid of an extra ticket or two, so they will sell them for cheap.

 

 

I've bought tickets at the stadium many times before and never had a problem.

I did the scalping routine for years. Now that I'm a little less broke its worth it to me to pay a little extra to score a pair on ticketmaster and be able to tailgate at length and not worry about not being able to get in.

Ticketexchange has reasonable pairs for 90 each. I paid 70 each for upper level endzone piggybacks. I would jump on ticketexchange right now

You can get cheap tickets from scalpers during the regular season.....especially during bad stretches.

I wouldn't expect to find a reasonably price ticket outside the game. Not unless you want to to wait until after the game starts and guys are having to get rid of what they have....but that means you miss action.

If traveling a distance, I'd buy online.

I was looking for tickets for 3 tickets to browns game and cheapest I could find from scalpers was about $70 for nosebleeds. I would assume playoffs will be more.

If I was going this route, I would give myself an extra 30 minutes or so to shop around for the best deal.

 

 

Keep your eyes open around the tailgating lots too.

 

Like others have said, it is nice to already have tickets and not have to worry about it.  But if this is what you do it shouldn't be a problem to find reasonably priced tickets.

Just score some mid-upper level seats around the 15-20 yard line and you'll be straight.

I just picked up two tickets this morning lower bowl section 106, and 138 6th row for both $109 on ticketmaster.
