Good investment, literally-Panthers 50-1 to win Super Bowl L

Not sure if it's market size, ignoring the 6 game winning streak without 10% of our cap in Hardy and a QB which overcame multiple injuries to multiple parts of his body, not getting the memo of the 31 point smack downs put on our rivals home fields with equal or better odds, not listening to GMan's press conference yesterday, or just pure, genuine insanity, but get this 50-1 before the shopping spree or before someone brings the smelling salts to these fools.

Vegas has a Drew Brees love fest

Alice said he wasn't slowing down any time soon before this year. Must be true. No athlete ever does. This year did not happen. Brees was great and his contract is very team friendly. So was New Orleans native Peyton Manning in the playoff game. We did not just win back-to-back division titles. All in our minds. After all they are back-to-back preseason champs, isn't that what really matters?

Where's a good place to make bets on football?

Without having to go to vegas or Atlantic City.

The same place that is good for everything else. The internet. I am not going to link sites on here but it shouldn't be to hard for you to find. The only problem are the payouts take a couple weeks to be sent to you through the mail. It is also is kind of sketch because they pay in checks not cash. So if you're running large bets you can get screwed over during tax audits.

    • More praise of Renfrow from Tim Weaver (formerly of USA Today's Panthers Wire, now SI.com), and also what I told some of you, my Huddle friends, from the start: keep it all in perspective, and don't conveniently---and perhaps unfairly, discount and label Renfrow as a JAG when it was a very debilitating illness affecting his play.    "It's understandable to be skeptical about Renfrow's abilities at this late point in his career. After all, he missed all of last season due to a bout of ulcerative colitis that also took a serious toll on his production in 2022 and 2023."   When Renfrow is healthy, he's an above average guy. Being 29 may hurt or help his chances depending upon perspective, but 29 for receivers generally means that there's still (sometimes plenty) gas in the tank. Renfrow also obviously has plenty of motivation and has come with his game face.   "Then agan, seeing is believing and by all accounts Renfrow has been very impressive since joining the Panthers a few months ago... Where Renfrow will fit in Carolina's new-look receiver corps remains to be seen, but at this rate it's going to be hard to exclude him from the initial 53-man roster." https://www.si.com/nfl/panthers/hunter-renfrow-sick-route-panthers-training-camp Read the room, ladies and gentlemen. And don't get it twisted; Renfrow isn't the most talented receiver on the team, but we have seen his ceiling, when healthy, in a Raiders offense that wasn't necessary replete with talent. Consider what he can do, especially in the slot, in a Panthers offense primed with young talent (no pun intended). From sick to "sick routes," eh.
    • That is literally what I am talking about. Those were 53 man cuts. Not at the beginning of camp.  I would say the odds of Barno being back are extremely thin.
