49ers Place Kapernick On Trade Block

1. You have been around this board far too much to believe that nonsense you just posted about Luck;

2. You need to visit that recent Suh thread;

3. We have been over this before, I can prove that Newton gets more criticism from the Huddle when he wins, than               Tannehill does from Dolphins fans when Tannehill loses;

4. The only person even hinting or implying race is you;

1. When luck is mentioned, it's very much often mentioned that he's overated, with a few people defending him. Much like a lot of people do with Russel Wilson.

2. Suh is dirty POS who isvery immature. It has nothing to do with race.

3. ...What does that have to do with anything? Do you see theh ate the Falcons fans dush out on Mat tRyan after a loss? Because its just as bad as Cam. There's more expected of Cam and Matt Ryan than Tannehill because hes never been great. That's why.

4. Don't even pretend you didn't ring this up about race, then backpedal. Why else would you bring this up.

There's so many other cases of racial double standards that you could've brought up. Like how it was okay when Johnny Football partied, but now it's wrong that Jameis Winstion is immature. Everyone talked about how he was a cant miss product and his immature days were behind him, but Winstion is going to blow up any franchis he goes too.

But you reach for this poo...over Colin Kapernick? Really? Dude

i reread everything he posted and i have no idea where you're getting race-baiting from. it sounds like you just want to go all HAM and make points against straw men, ironically

I really normally agree with this poo but it's like

why Luck and Tannehill? We usually slam Luck whenever he's mentioned like scorned ex gfs and Tannehill is never mentioned. Ever.

Is this the same reporter that claimed that Colin was going to be arrested for rape last year?

And LOL at the bitter-ness on the Huddle. That "horrible" QB came to BOA last year and beat us in our house in the playoffs last year.

I find it funny that the two QBs that the Huddle thinks are the worst in the NFL manged beat Carolina two years in a row.

Lord, if this was Tannehill or Luck, the Huddle will ensure that BOA had a statue dedicated to them...

And out of the gates looks like we have a grade a certified jimmie rustler on our hands.

Take that weak sauce somewhere else.

Keap is was and has always been trash.

tannehill was out of left field, but i read the luck part as "worst overrated" not "worst qb" which i think makes a difference

i'm just tired of mr. scot preemptively race baiting so he can take the moral high ground of NOT race baiting EVER under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES lol

Go back and read some of the guy's prior posts. He has a well established history of it.

The choice of Luck and Tannehill wasn't accidental. The suggestion that Luck is more highly regarded here makes it ridiculously obvious.

Sometimes there is a racial component involved, even when people try to overlook it or swear it's not there.

The Chris Johnson thread is a prime example.

People need to step out of their skin every once in a while.

That's all I am really going to say on the matter.

Tannehill is a straw man he's used before.

His theory was that fanbases would go easier on a white quarterback than on a black one.  He used Tannehill vs Newton as an example of it.  Even tried linking to an obscure Dolphins message board to try and prove it.

That's one of the ways I knew what he had in mind.

    • Go do this in the tinderbox you can create your own thread there if you want.
    • This is the new thing lol. It’s all open to interpretation and it’s your fault for your interpretation. The guy saying “stop teasing” was really very upset with Bryce Young being injured, not excited. Ignore his other posts that seem to indicate the opposite. And don’t you know “Exciting not to see Bryce!” was in no way happy with Bryce Young getting injured. Again, don’t bother looking at the rest of the posts for further context. And definitely nobody was making fun of him by saying he was injured by the water boy bumping into him, or it was a gentleman’s benching, or his feelings got hurt. And the comments about him getting tackled by a finger graze or getting taken down by a stiff fart were not hyperbolic over reactions to the play that just happened, it was just general conversation completely unrelated to that play. And of course none of their views are tainted by a desire to see Bryce Young fail, they all want the best for him and the team, that’s how you know for sure that you are totally taking all the posts the wrong way. Really can’t believe you would make up all these lies. gaslighting /ˈɡasˌlīdiNG/ noun noun: gaslighting the practice of psychologically manipulatingsomeone into questioning their own sanity, memory, or powers of reasoning.
    • I mean we had more of a defensive need in the 2025 draft than we may in the 2026 draft(so far). But we took a TE. We did it in the 5th round. Also he has overwhelmingly been our best TE to date. He and the FA pickup. I think you just have an extremely skewed view of TE's in the NFL. I would implore you to take a look at some draft history, depth charts and career progressions of a lot of those players. You are going to see ample examples of lower round guys being drafted and then immediately starting at TE. The reason it isn't rare is that there aren't many TE's taken in the 1st at all.  It's the same with other positions. You think that it's impossible to find a C outside the 1st? Well....most of them aren't 1st rounders because they rarely get taken there. How about OG? The NFL is mostly non-1st round OG's and the elite tier is almost all not former 1st round OG's. How about RB's? Pretty similar right? That's not just numbers, it's positional value historically. High value positions litter the first round. It's always been that way.
