Drove from Chicago to Indianapolis in this

Throw the keys at them like Axel Folley in Beverly Hills Cop.

Reminds of this time we went to a really nice steakhouse in SF. There were like 9 of us I think.

So there is this bar in Fremont I used to go to like 4 nights a week when I was a young pup always looking to fight called Kirby's Shoestring. Kirby's had a limo (I don't know why) that must have been 20 years old and had their logo blasted all over it. Sides, hood, trunk, even on the top so god forbid a passing helicopter didn't miss the chance to laugh at this piece of poo.

Well, my buddy Scotty was a limo-driver at the time and the owner of Kirby's knew us all super-well so he let us borrow it so long as Scotty was the only one driving it.

We pulled up front to this steakhouse and stopped at the valet section and we hopped out looking like circus clowns and the look on the valet's face when my boy Scotty hopped out and handed him the keys and told him not to scratch up the logos was priceless. I swear to Jesus he even did a "deal with it"-type move and put on his sunglasses.

It may have been the funniest poo I've ever witnessed in person.

Actually no. I'm only in Indy about once or maybe twice a year.

Best steak house I've ever been to. I hope you enjoy it. Don't forget the shrimp cocktail...load it up with the cocktail sauce, take a big bite, and in 4,3,2,1 ahhhhhhhhhhhhh it hurts sooo good.

I'm so freaking jealous. Have you been there before?

Here are a couple of my fav's to add to your list if you travel:

Las Vegas - Golden Steer Steakhouse

New York - Uncle Jack's Steakhouse

Chicago - Shaw's Crab House

Orlando - Charley's Steakhouse (go to the original on OBT)

Best April thread ever?

You are a Vegas regular. Hit up Golden Steer. Old school Vegas. fuging fantastic steak. When you get there you're like "What da fug!?" because it's in this strip mall. Been there for like 50 years. Sinatra and those guys used to frequent it.

    • Well, they're both in the same league (if you will). During preseason, Fitz went 3/3 & Sauls went 5/6, but of course Sauls was 4/4 last night (including one 50+). Both were Lou Groza Award finalists. I believe Fitz made two 55+ yarders last season, while Sauls led the nation with three. Fitz was 13/13 (💯) while Sauls was 21/24 (87.5). Fitz was a 3rd-Team AP All-American, while Sauls was a PFF All-American.  Career-wise, Fitz was 58/74 (78.4), while Sauls was 52/64 (81.3). I wish that I could see the attempts and knew the depth of yardage. I wish that we could compare practice kicks during their training camps, but we can't. Maybe someone with a PFF/CFF account can give that Basically it's just a matter of belief I guess. Seeing dude knock down four FGs and go perfect during a pressure-filled game for him is damned impressive if you ask me. I don't believe that Fitzgerald could do that.  That being said, I'd have to know more. I will say that it may be worth mentioning that we seem to like PFF this year and Sauls being a PFF All-American may be notable. Now that being said, the Panthers may not be even considering Sauls.
    • Ive said it 1000x times on here.  Our 2025 season will be dictated by the first 4 games.  poo the bed there and lose all confidence and momentum, we win 5 games maybe.  Go 2-2, 3-1 we got a look at 7/8 wins
    • I basically made almost the exact predictions on a phone call with a buddy about 3 weeks ago. I really do expect Evero gone before the seasons end, Young to just not able to get over the hump enough and DC to head into next season on a VERY hot seat.
