I've been to the one on Woodlawn a couple times. It's just like a Hickory Tavern but with better beer.

 

They have an interesting wing. Mamoo or Maomao.... People seem to like it but I am meh on it. I mean you are like my older hairier jean shortier version of myself so let me know what you think.

Welp, my buddies got stuck on the lake so we just hit The Patriot in Tega Cay. I saw the worst two-man band in my life. Bro's were doing exclusive Springsteen covers with an acoustic and a drum set.

The Patriot actually has a nice selection if any of ya'll are ever down in Tega Cay. McHales closed so Patriot is the only beer joint with a good selection in town. Hoopers is a Steelers bar so those fuggers aren't getting my $$. Towne Tavern isn't bad but is a Bills Backers bar.

If you're still out and about head over to Puckett's Farm...my buddies the Piedmont Boys are playing along with Cody Jinks out of Texas.  That is of course if you are looking for a rootin' tootin' good time.

      Then why are they paying QBs so much compared to other players? QB are making so much it's harder and harder to pay other players. If a guy plays like 1 of 11 then there pay should be in line with that. Not all QB should be breaking the bank just because your next or a former 1st rounder There is a reason they say try to win it all on a QB rookie deal because after that they can cripple a team on what it can do. I would rather not do that for a bottom 1/3 QB. Cam and Jake have been the only QBs worth investing long term into this team has had I would rather not lower the bar. If a guy don't got the IT factor and it shows I would rather not invest long term into them and keep looking

      I mean, I hear what y'all are saying, but Derrick could have been positive without being negative.  He essentially accused people of not seeing Bryce's improvement because of their desire to not be wrong. He could've kept it about Bryce and the team. For example, he could've said: "Bryce has made strides, and we believe in him. This coming season, his continued improvement will turn a lot of people into believers."  That would've been supportive of his teammate and sent a message to the doubters. That being said, his tact almost summoned and left the door ajar for more skepticism. That's my take anyway. Bryce has improved from the bottom to perhaps skirting the line between the bottom third and mid-third at best...after three seasons. We've all seen it. Yay! In my mind, Bryce has still got a long way to go and a short time to get there, but my expectations are top five--at least top 10--always! Yes, I am a fan, so there's that, but I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect excellence. Hopefully the Panthers FO has the same mindset (and that doesn't even necessarily have anything to do with what we gave up to acquire him). That is the lens I'm looking through. Derrick Brown has his homer glasses on. He just needs to be more diplomatic and thoughtful with his words in my opinion, but I get it that he's a good teammate.
