Im very double jointed, and everytime I near 300 on the bench my right shoulder starts to slip out of socket. I wonder if this neutral grip bar would help against that?

If you don't keep very strict form straight bar bench will tear up anyone's shoulders. When I was having trouble with my shoulders I switched to dumbbells and it helped alot. Also, give reverse grip bench a try. It takes alot of the stress off your triceps and shoulders and places more on the pecs.
