Man, why is Star still in a walking boot?  I'm not too worried about CJ right now, it probably just tightened up on him when he tried to exert it... likely just being safe.

I am starting to worry about the d-line overall though between him, KK's back, Star's foot, the other DE spot being completely up in the air, and Dwan and Cole's age.

Lol crazy how we went from easily the best and deepest d-line in the league this time last year to it being something to worry about.

I'm not a doctor but the plan was to reevaluate star in a few weeks so the boot is the safest measure as of nonw

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
