Yes, it's Remmers.  Since Kalil is likely to be limited somewhat, Remmers would slide to C and Williams would take over at RT.

I'll try to find the tweets, pretty sure it was Rivera who announced this.

I think Williams will do great in the Run game. Not sure if I want a rookie protecting my QB in pass pro in his first game. If we can run the ball well I'd limit Cam's dropbacks. If we can get a 2 score lead and run the ball well, I'd rest Kalil entirely.
